Report isn't instant. It takes like a month before they get chat banned. You can mute them until then. Also call outs of individuals on discord is against the rules.

I don't think talking politics is against the rules in the in game chat. However, you need a lot of reports before the system puts him in the eyes of the devs. Faster way would be to make a ticket and report him/her there.
Also posting a picture like this with names is not allowed on this discord server. It calls for witch hunting.

Number of reports (500?) flags it. Also sending a ticket after reporting can raise the flag early if the problem is needing quicker attn

I know there isn't a timer. That's why I said "like" a month. I know it takes time. I got reported and I didn't get banned till almost 3 months later. It takes forever for them to go through the reports.

They do not tell you if they action the person you report. And you are not above the rules because you spend money on the game.
