Hello, Has a solution been found for the Apple gift code issue? No Apple user can enter gift codes. Is anyone working on it? Thanks.

Well, no promo codes in the Apple app is an Apple requirement. That's not really something we can "work on" or "fix" - that's just something the platform flat-out doesn't allow.

What we are working on is a way to redeem promo codes through the website, so iOS users have an alternate means to access the system. But that's not finished yet. In the meantime, you can always use Cross-Connect to link up with any other platform and redeem the codes there! We're freely available on Android, Windows Store, Steam, and Epic.

Thanks for the update. Any ETA on the website work around? Unfortunately, I’m Apple across the board. No other platforms available. I’m definitely feeling like a second class citizen right now. Just to be clear, I love this game and appreciate all the great content headed our way.

While I don't have an ETA, I can say it's very unlikely to be something coming in the near future (i.e. next couple months).

It may not seem like it at a surface level but it's a much more complicated thing to implement, for Shop Titans specifically, due to how promo code redemptions are handled. It's in a similar vain to the complexity involved in getting offers like the Mega Packs on the webstore (which currently has priority over promo codes).

i’m with blue eyes. I only play on my iphone, and I don’t have a computer or other droid phone. so feeling left out that I can’t get these promos others are. i’ve been playing several years now (current level 81 in game) and feels like im the black sheep bc I can’t get those same codes/offers. I know it’s bc apple is being a pain. just makes me feel sad. 😢 😔
