example you buy a worker package and receive it as a token you can redeem or sell it on the market like many games does with monthly subscriptions, this way the game will be all content f2p possible. the idea of saving gems up to unlock parts of the game would be amazing, ofcourse it would take alot to collect that many gems, but the option ould be great.

How do you handle regional adjustments?

For example. You can get those tokens you were talking about in WoW, but the game is region locked so it's not a big issue.

But Shop Titans is global, and there are already issues where the conversions make premium items unobtainable or prohibitively expensive.

Do you lock the tokens to regional purchases? Or do you allow the players who can get it relevantly cheap undercut everyone? Or would it be a fixed market price?

Fixed market price wouldn't really work as an option when you think about it. It would have to be locked to around gem equivalent real money purchase of whichever area has the cheapest game store to prevent selling worker tokens being just better valued gem packs, and at that point the inflow of those would be severely limited.

Not sure how locking to the region would even work since we got multiple stores and platforms going on.
