The mailbox says there's a Cinco de Mayo collection, but I received the two following offers instead in short succession, the second replacing the first:

  1. Autumn Mega Pack
  2. Chronomancer Mega Pack

Let me know if I should contact Support about this.

Thanks, I see those now in the Avatar Editor. However, I also see the two offers I mentioned above available? Seems like something's off - it's Spring, not Autumn, and not sure when the Chronomancer Pack is supposed to appear?

For non-Royal Merchants, today would be when Chronomancer would come out. It’s this 2-week’s pack. Royal Merchants get it 3 days earlier

As for Autumn….its Autumn in the Southern Hemisphere…lol

Alright, thanks for clarifying that the Chronomancer pack should be showing up. 🙂 I guess we'll see what they say about the Autumn pack.

That part of things may be a bug, unless they are re-rolling out old offers now as well. Unless it’s due to you not having t9 unlocked yet

I don't have T9 unlocked, does that trigger it? I asked another guildie, and they said they didn't get the Autumn Pack (they're also below T9).

Even so, I'd imagine that the pack should appear in northern hemisphere Autumn - unless they track where you are, and my profile is set to southern?

Okay, so this is what might have happened:
Anyone who started after 15.0 follows a different pack cycle to the main playerbase initially - it's rotating through a set of classic options kabam picked for newer players to look at. This means you'll sometimes get something like an autumn pack even if it's spring. which I suspect is what happened here.

Thanks for clarifying. 🙂 Does this rotation happen differently for different players? Also, just another related issue, if I am supposed to see the Autumn Pack now, it's no longer showing up anywhere in game. (not on the left side where offers normally appear, not in the Shop) I can only access it if I use the Avatar Editor and select an item to wear, and click Apply.

If you've been playing for around 4 months this might be your 9th pack which is when the cycle ends and it transitions you to the main playerbase one (which is currently that chronomancer pack.)
I'd leave your in-game and # number for QA to investigate just to be super sure that's what happened.
