#Make Bounties a more desirable thing

My suggestion is to overhaul the bounties reward system to make it a more desirable thing to do.
Our guild very rarely finishes the weeks worth and if we do its because of 2-3 people doing way more than needed

I would suggest adding extra rewards like some tiered items, chances at keys, shards ect but maybe in a smaller quantity.
Just something extra to get the "Oh shiny" going in peoples brains

That's already in place just not in the form you are looking for. You get guild tokens that you then spend on grab bags on the guild screen and you have a chance at everything you suggested and much more.

Most of the bounties in my list are items higher tier then i can craft. Maybe ensure that bounties contain items people CAN craft

optimize this system so that we can also participate when there is the event with the king.

Maybe making bounties tier based instead of item based would be more fun? like "craft 10 t10 items" or something?

nah best solution is like tasks
"craft x amount of value of this item tree"

so you can choose to craft a gazillion T1s or 2 T13s
