Display *all* Mega Packs all year round

I'm almost certainly wrong on this, but I feel like the mega packs that turn up in the game (seemingly at random, it might be on a rotation but I've not worked that out) would be great to all be seen through the whole year on the site at full price (This way we can have the discounted price in-game still on the rotation, while still being able to buy past ones on the website but at their normal price)
This would still entice people into waiting for it to turn up in-game as usual, but also be able to allow people to purchase past packs they may have missed due to... whatever reason, for a random example "I get paid on the Monday, but the pack expires on the Saturday", well you're able to either wait for the next rotation, or buy it at the higher price on the website when you get the money to afford it.
I feel this could be a win/win - I've had the idea of seeing all past packs for a long time, but didn't know where it could go (Especially considering the in-game store is getting quite cluttered already) until the announcement of the webstore which would be the perfect place.

Unless I'm mistaken, there isn't a rotation. Aside from special things like Black Friday, packs don't come back. Once you miss it, it's gone. As for when they release, it's Tuesday for RM and Friday for non RM, expiring the 2 Saturdays out. Giving 8-11 days for each pack.

But that's still not on a rotation like the OP believed where they could have a mega pack available year round as if it'll come back again to the game.
