This has been an issue for such a long time, it keeps showing something has changed but 1. my market is empty 2. my guild market is empty.

It genuinely drives me crazy as it makes me miss things as I tend to ignore it now considering it's always on.

I find reloading the game usually fixes this.

Seems, I know how to reproduce the bug.

  1. Have a lot with a stack of items, priced X.
  2. Leave the game.
  3. Let anyone buy the lot partly.
  4. Someone puts another lot of the same items priced Y < X.
  5. Log into the game and get the money for sold items.
  6. You have this permanent stNotice over the market button until you relog.
