Hello. For the past 2 days, I have been experiencing frequent disconnections in the game. It's impossible to do anything. After almost every operation in the game, especially after "Adventures", it crashes (Error 1000). Any desire to play disappears. There was no such problem before. What could be the problem?

I'm getting this also, quite regularly at the minute, I'm on a Samsung s23, so its not just a pc issue if that helps

I am getting this on Android 14 as well. I can reproduce it by filtering the Aurasong offers, and it disconnects me the next minute.

I'm not even sure if there's a real trigger for it.
Went to city, invested in Tavern, then just hung out there because I was checking Discord. Disconnected after about 30 secs.
But yea, getting disconnected a lot more in recent times.

It's a resurgence of an older market browsing disconnect bug. Like some screens/menus make the game stop communicating with the server and it kicks you shortly after. Seems to be concentrated on specific market menus unlike before when it was more wide. For time being you can avoid it by listing your sales quickly. (or avoid market completely so I alone can sell my stuffs)

Happened to me as well, playing on Epic, Win 11 Pro. Mostly triggered while in City, and checking investments in buildings to update my tick tracker..
Still occurring now & easy to reproduce. Pick a building, check investments. leave screen alone for 20-30 seconds. Disconnect occurs.

It’s also been happening to me on iOS and on epic. Nothing consistent that I’ve been doing that triggers it. Both market stuff and also just selling in my shop

For me this is mainly connected with Adventures. But increasingly, disconnects began to occur even after a normal login to the game, or inside the store. To send troops to the next floor of the Tower, you have to try for 5-10 minutes.

I can't even log on anymore - not from Mobile Android or Windows Epic
Earlier in the day I was having random crashes - but it seemed from almost anything I did. So I can't pinpoint a specific action or order of actions
It seems to get stuck on the "Opening City Gates" part of the loading screen and then just gives the error after some time

@here If you now reconnect now, you should no longer have "Error 1000", please @me if you see it again and note the version number at the bottom left of the loading screen
It should end with .l2 and not .l3
