Thanks for bringing this to my attention! Looking over your ticket I have no idea why this particular agent was giving you the information they were - likely some sort of miscommunication on what our notes mean. They're incorrect when they say you were actioned for buying gems from third party sources. You were actioned for using a trade bot.

This is already the third different explanation I have been given, first that my account was reported, next an attempt to buy gems, now bot.
But everything is that if I want to continue playing I have to pay 5000 gems?
I still think there is an error or mistake here.

I'm our head of customer support, so I can assure you that the information I'm providing you with is the correct one. You seem to have been dealing with a fairly new agent, and they likely misunderstood what the account note "bot from trade" meant.

The reason the "pay 5000 gems" part is consistent is regardless of the reason for this type of ban being issued, the solution is constant. Bringing your account up to a positive value will get the market ban lifted, although the leaderboard ban is permanent and irrevocable (as the cheating leads to an account's state being advantaged in such a way that there's no way to really make it fair for leaderboard competition any more)

I keep reiterating that it must have been a mistake, the only programs executed at the same time as the game were ArchiSteamFarm and Vortex.
I am indifferent to the stats or scores table, I play for a long time legally and buying through steam both VIP and merchants.
I just want to continue playing normally with my clan mates and friends, nothing else, I don't care about the scores, just like the gems, you can take them all away from me forever.

Guessing by the name, I’d say it is an alternative to SAM which does the same thing and is quite common.
While some people just like having all achievements on their profile, beside it being obvious they cheated them, Valve has in the past locked some things behind an achievement that is impossible for some people to get.
