I see, sadly those errors are really hard to track down since they're almost always related to either ISP Caching issues or OS Caching issues

Alright, we haven't been able to reproduce it yet in the US, we've had some problems in the past few weeks where people in South East Asia had issues but not from the US, as I previously said it usually has to do with caching
Could you go in your tablet's settings, stop Shop Titans, hit clear cache, uninstall the game, reinstall and see it it still occurs ?

Considering it's with other players around the world problem means it's on Kabam server having issues.

I have the same problem. Bought new tablet bcuz thought something wrong with old one. Chat type wasn't working, etc. yeah ask me for my ID. If I could get into game I'd give you one. Perhaps a user verify script would make things easier for everyone.

It's simply not something can be quickly fixed, we've been so far unable to reproduce the exact same issue
The nature of the issue is intermittent, and seems to be triggered every time we release new server updates. Here you said that it started working, and shortly after it didn't, that's because we released a new server version then.
The one solution that we've had work for players that have had download failed issues has been to manually update their DNS settings, to no longer rely on their ISP's and Cloudflare's instead, which would be 1.1.1.1
It seems to be a very niche issue, triggered on either specific device or specific operating systems
I played lcog after 1-2 days after it started. Collected prize then it went back down.

Yes, this is the intermittent nature of the issue I was speaking of, everytime we release small updates that do not require manual update, it seems to triggers the issue. After a set amount of time it starts working because something, somewhere, clears its cache and the DNS resolves the address properly and the client can download the files
This is why I've been asking for device information, as we're trying to acquire of them to be able to reproduce and understand the issue
Manual update is that where you go to playstore and do it? If so that's the only way I can do it

Change it to private DNS and put the address "1.1.1.1" inside the box
Then restart your device and start the game
Am I supposed to have anything before the numbers 1.1.1.1 bc it won't let me save.
If it doesn't let you save, try entering "dns.google" instead

Alright, thanks for trying it out. We're in the process to acquiring a WeTapY10 tablet and will subsequently fix the issue once we have reproducable steps.
