It's possible the first time you see the "Fixed" offer it'll appear weirdly, where 2 of them are bugged with the white square, but if you re-open it after, it should look fine.

Oh I see, if you purchased them and saw the follow up "Bleakspire Superior Pack" you won't be able to see the third "Blast from the past" pack
