Hello, in my guild we do monthly giveaways to our members for investments, bounties and other such things. I then buy the giveaway winnings and contact the ingame support page to transfer the gems from my account to the giveaway winner. Kabam support has always been so helpful in this and very nice. However, after last months giveaway the support member never closed the chat after we finished, so whenever I open the ingame contact us page it always takes me to that same old chat, to which the employee will not respond to me because I assume it is closed on their end. Now I am stuck and cannot complete my august giveaway because there is nothing I can do to get off that chat screen. Force closing the game, reinstalling the game does not work to get me out of the chat. In the chat itself there is no “X” or “close” button either. Can someone from Kabam help me close this chat out?

Transferring gems from one account to another on request is not really a service that we offer. We assist with gift purchases, and in a pinch we can help facilitate a prize being given out for a contest. But that all has to be arranged with us beforehand.

How do we go about arranging that ?

If we set a precedent for just asking for gems to be moved being a service we offer, we'll just have people hitting us up to transfer some gems from them over to a friend who's starting out, or to move gems from their alt accounts to their main for them (yes seriously), etc.

Quick ticket saying something like

"Hey, we're doing a guild giveaway soon and I wanted to transfer the winner 500 gems from my own account. Could we get that set up for us? It's in a week and a half."

It's a minor difference from what you're already doing, but the pre-emptive nature of it means it doesn't allow for the same kind of other use cases I outlined above
