Hello, in my guild we do monthly giveaways to our members for investments, bounties and other such things. I then buy the giveaway winnings and contact the ingame support page to transfer the gems from my account to the giveaway winner. Kabam support has always been so helpful in this and very nice. However, after last months giveaway the support member never closed the chat after we finished, so whenever I open the ingame contact us page it always takes me to that same old chat, to which the employee will not respond to me because I assume it is closed on their end. Now I am stuck and cannot complete my august giveaway because there is nothing I can do to get off that chat screen. Force closing the game, reinstalling the game does not work to get me out of the chat. In the chat itself there is no “X” or “close” button either. Can someone from Kabam help me close this chat out?
