Please help , I opened a ticket now I can’t get into shop titans past the entrance of making a new avatar
Tried logging into with my regular email and a password sent by kabam but that doesn’t help either
Could you try describing that a little more precisely? What happens if you try? Do you get an error message?
It’s just blank nothing happens, I’m in the first stage of the game when you have to dress the avatar and choose a name - can’t get past that

Have you ever set up cross connect or did you connect Google or Apple ID?
Just saw it's an iPhone so it should be connected with Apple ID (hopefully). If that is the case make the New account and play until you can reach the settings, then press connect with Apple ID and it should then show you the old account and the level and you should be able to connect

Well, you've opened multiple tickets, which is going to slow the process down some. When you say you "can't get past" the shopkeeper customization screen, can you elaborate? Why not? What stops you?
Hi @noble sundial , I managed after 5 hours to get past the original picture I posted , I’ve since then tried to connect to kabam connect etc and managed with my email but it hasn’t given me my original game - Velusha#35213
Well, you don't appear to have ever set up Cross Connect on Velusha#35213, so that's why you can't connect with it. You're tethered to Game Center, so if you're failing to log in, it's because of a spotty connection there. You should be able to force that through by going into the in-game Settings and pressing "Connect" (NOT Cross Connect, just Connect)
You may need to make a new account to be able to access the Settings screen, but that's fine.
You could set up Cross Connect from there.
You also seem to have gotten a reply to your ticket 4 hours ago, which is pending a reply on your end

@noble sundial How do I set up my game to automatically update, I had a recent issue that caused me to have to restart my whole game , which was traumatic. Luckily I’m back to my previous account but now there’s a new update and I’m afraid to delete the game and reinstall. Is there an easier way?

You should be totally fine. Worst case scenario we just did a recovery for you, so we have all your info on hand. Super easy fix if something goes wrong. If you want to be safe, just open up the in game settings first and set up Cross Connect by following the on screen instructions
