Didn’t have an oxen impact to begin with (so it’s not like I had it and sold it to another customer). But the auto surcharge went ahead and surcharged an item I don’t have. Is this meant to happen?

I think it would be difficult to code around, actually, but I'm not positive on that.

If it's intentional, it's likely because you COULD make or purchase items from the market, already knowing you've got the surcharge price locked in.

it is based on the customer, so asking for anything whether you have it or not triggers the proc chance

Which doesn’t make sense, IMO. They will surcharge for something that you don’t even have in stock, but they won’t surcharge something that you DO have, you just don’t have enough Energy to surcharge it yourself.

Logic. Apparently.

it would enable full bin low energy builds to surcharge T13's, that is not the purpose of the talent
