#now there’s an issue with racks and market

Whenever I go in to fill empty spaces on racks or shelves it kicks me out of the game and I have to close out and go back in won’t let me reconnect and also I can’t toggle between racks anymore the arrows don’t work.

What’s more, is it’s taking the gold I’m paying for items to put on my rack and then it’s not giving them to me and it kicks me out so I’ve lost over 100m gold

Are you trying to stock items for a blueprint that you locked?

They’re blueprints I’ve never had before, some of them I did realize I had locked but the other ones that aren’t locked are still causing me to get kicked out

So I know of a bug that can cause the hard crash you're seeing (where client has to be restarted) which can be caused by buying locked items to stock
Not sure why it's triggering on non-locked for you though

Also if you have lost gold without getting the item and it's not "fixed" by reloading the game you would need to file a ticket. You can also do that via webform (and then E-Mail after they reply to you), if you don't want to file it ingame
