#Connectivity drop issue on IOS

For about 6 months now I have consistently been having an issue with the game dropping the connection to the internet without there being any indication of it happening.

The only reason I know it happens is because I will launch the game later and see that nothing I did the previous session «registered».

I’m so close to quitting the game because of it, because it keeps messing stuff up for me. I made absolute sure to hit the 5k minimum LCOG score for the T13 helmet blueprint this event. I logged on yesterday, finished my last quests to get enough gold and claimed all the rewards. I logged on today to see that what I did yesterday didn’t register. I still had 4 quests from LCOG that I finished yesterday. Since it didn’t register I had to claim them today, which meant no gold reward, which meant I didn’t hit the minimum to claim the T13 blueprint.

Is this a known issue? Is it possible to get some recompense or help with getting the last rewards?

After trying exactly that so many times I have realized that if I check market prices and see they don’t load, it means it won’t register

But I have gone in and out of the market and done all sorts of stuff

The only way to know for sure for me is to literally quit the game and reload completely

But I’m a busy person, I play between working and can’t do that all the time

If the prices don't load the game isn't able to sync those to you, which would mean it also isn't able to sync your progress back to the Server. I tend to open the Investors list of a building instead, if it shows peoples invest, you're synced

Do you have those issues on wifi and on mobile data or only on one of those?

It’s a server-side issue and not on the client side though, is this being worked on? I’m on a gigabit line at home and have besides that experienced this on different connections (home, work, mobile data, friends)

I feel like that’s a very unfortunate responsibility to peg on the player, and that it sets a sad precedent for handling issues

I mean it could be something Server side but i don't think it's widespread and 6 months is quite a lot of time.
Have you tried reinstalling the game? (Please make sure your account is connected to the gamecenter in the options or set up cross connect before doing that just to be on the safe side)
If you did, you should file a ticket. They will probably ask you to do the troubleshooting again but should try to find a solution for you after that.

If you reinstall having an open ticket in APP you might lose access to that, so if you do, you'd need to tell the you did lose connection to the ticket so they don't close out the new one as duplicate. (Just a bit of hopefully not needed advice)
