Can you show a screenshot of your shop and do you have any resource workers at your counter

The king requires good customer flow by having a lot of items on your shelves with minimal bumping into other customers and no resource worker at counter

Lol I have no workers, a fully stocked shop and blue enchanted items waiting for him. I've been playing since 2020. He's just not coming.

My items have been on the rack for all 8 days. All heroes and workers satisfied immediately as I see them, and for literally no reason at all he hasn't been to my shop in 8 days... but he just freaking showed up now. Wonder how many days until I see him again...

Many of my guild members are in the same case (I did not, he comes every 48 and sometimes 36 hours)

Hello, same issue. Tried to fill my racks with lvl 1-2 items but nothing had happened yet

Well, asked the support directly and he magicly came after 4 whole days..

This has been going on for a while where the king seems to come less often and more randomly than before

King is still not there after 1 week. More than enough green items (even the new T13 hammer or what is there).

Of course they are in a piece of furniture

since the T13 update iv had the king come in maybe once a week sometimes iv had rss workers sit for a little while but usualy sorted quickly i have zero items set to chest mode and also usualy have good customer flow this has been on going and is very frustrating i see many people saying the same thing and seemingly nothing getting done everyone in any kind of official manor iv seen respond has said nothing has been changed. maybe it hasnt if not then i would say its a bug my shop is currently low on items to sell but im usualy 50% to 75% full accross all racks. He came today after more 7 days, and 2nd sale is not even a rare or higher quality

He can pick something of lower quality on second sale. That should prevent people from loosing the sale if they don't have anything green or above for him to pick.

I reached out to support about the king coming only 1-2x week. They basically told me it’s normal and that the king is not guaranteed to come in any interval 🤷‍♀️

So many people are having this issue I am sure Kabam is aware at this point. It has also been going on for around a month now

I know its under investigation. Just for informative purposes i timed my kings visits. He just came in today and the last visit was 9 days ago

i have green / blue tier 13 ( i think my shop is to low lvl for tier 13 i am only lvl 66 ) tier 12 and tier 11.. since new year. not any off them have the king been interested in. they are marked correct, so they can be bought, but not on rack. like it always have been. . then i craft a green tier 3 item. the king is there lamost before i realize i have not marked the new craftet green tier 3 , not for sell. it is not like the king never visits me. it is seldom, and the king never buys any off the expensive items i actualy dont have any idea how anybody can sell expencive to the king. i have good flow. the king does not like my shop i think. yes there are times with few items in my shop, other with a lot.
