I had that once but then it fixed itself right after.
Can recommend few things to try but no guarantees:
- Exit game
- Delete everything in these 2 folders:
%LocalAppData%\Temp\Kabam Montreal, Inc
%AppData%\..\LocalLow\Kabam Montreal, Inc
(copy paste string in file explorer navigation bar) - Run game, hopefully fixed?
If not there's the nuclear option - repeat 1 & 2, then delete this registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kabam Montreal, Inc\Shop Titans
4) Fixed?
Note that doing this will wipe your settings (unless also stored server-side) and you'll have to adjust them in-game.
If still not even after deleting reg key - uninstall the game and completely empty its install folder in Steam if anything is left. Now install it again. Don't worry your progress will remain intact since is stored on the server.
Other than that you can try customer support (on official site).

Just noticed that the 2nd folder string omitted a symbol thus making it broken. I've corrected it now.
didn't even have to try your solution, it was stable all day today. but thanks anyway for your reply 🙂
