did you check on multiple platforms or only on one? if it crashes on multiple platforms it might be an account crash which would need qa to fix it. that would also mean you'd need to file a ticket. you should make sure you post your ingamename and #12345 in the ticket text.

yes crashes on pc and phone. And I did a ticket and only got the response ' we alrdy know about that issue' thats all

Did you file a ticket before or after they fixed the issue? Also are you probably able to remove the grammophone for now, then you could at least play?
