if I put in a ticket through the website how long does it take to get a response?

Heya again Tristan, the support agent is asking me to give a receipt from both accounts but I only purchased the membership on one. Is there anything you would advise me to do?
give them the receipt you have and tell them that you didn't buy the membership for the other one, if there is no royal merchant for one of the accounts they should be able to sort that out
As a general rule you're going to want to keep these things within the confines of the ticket, since there's no cross-communication between the queue and Discord (because we don't do CS via Discord)
But both accounts have significant spend on them, so in this case you'd need to verify that you do in fact have ownership of (or access to) both accounts in order to make a change that affects both
