I have tried both epic, Android and they are all the same. My Android phone is Galaxy S22 Ultra. I have also submitted this via the in game "contact me" but it didn't ask my palyer ID.
yes. I've tried and tried to login from my phone. didn't work. My avartar complained about "can't reach the counter".

no it's impossible to store, plus I didn't arrange my furnitures before this happened.

It's also meant to be impossible for it to disappear so it's important we check everywhere it might have gone 😛
the only suspicious thing today was when I bought the Naya offer from epic, things didn't immeidately deliver. I waited for about 3 min, and restarted. Upon restarting the new BP delivered. and then I was doing some normal things. I don't remember if I interacted with customers after that though. It could have happened since then.
Also for ref it won't have asked for your id in-game as it's automatically supplied if you go through that menu and not the website so don't worry they'll have it
When you click Design and then Furniture does it show up anywhere in the tabs?
no it didn't show there
can you try moving around some of the other furniture that you have nearby? I saw someone had an issue once where something went invisible and they couldn't place furniture down. I think they fixed it by moving the visible stuff.
