is the steam-overlay on? if not, payments do not work
if it's not on it just does nothing, it doesn't give a message saying that the validation failed
I paid few months ago, but this still pop-up, it took the money, got the Royal Merchant... idk what is not completed

So I did open a Ticket and they told me to talk to Steam CS... But Steam CS... oh well... can't find anything... only request refund or contact game support... which sent me there... Circle of Life
Wrong section of Steam's support, I think. I haven't ever had to write them a ticket personally but I want to say it'd be (from Steam Support Home) Steam Community > I need help with something not listed here > Contact Steam Support. There may be a more fitting path than Community, but I'm not finding one.
Let them know the game you're having trouble with but be sure to tell them the issue is that we don't see any missing purchases or failed purchase attempts on our end, so it seems to be something stuck and recurring on the Steam side of things, and you need help getting whatever that is canceled

They deal with a lot of tickets as a massive platform. They likely just saw "oh this game has its own support" and that was that. Might not have even read the details you provided on the first go (not to disparage Steam support, just... that's a lot of volume to churn through)

They're closing the ticket because it's out of the hands of CS now and has been passed to the QA team

The thing is, I suspect an error over a file, but don't know which one can be, because I changed the acc with a lv 1 and same story... So probably is something in the steam folder I suspect... I deleted the game, even the files created in the 'user' folder (those hidden files)
And after reinstall, same error

I kicked it over to the team to do a deep dive when they have a moment to see if there's something cached that we can handle somewhere in the account purchase info. We usually can't, but there have been a few instances where we could. And since Steam already kicked you back to us and they're usually the ones who handle it, that's all there really is left.

Well, no, because the game doesn't support multiple accounts so you can end up with all sorts of cache "cross-contamination"
And it appears only when I open the game, if get disconnected and reconnect it doesn't appear
Maybe it would help if we took a step back here and recalibrated. What is your goal here?
I just want to get rid of that error, it's kinda annoying, specially having it for months... And trying to find a solution, as nobody has an idea what is the exact problem
