Okay, thanks for posting your heroes.
I was able to recreate your teams in the community hero simulator which I'll be using a pic from to explain what happened.

So although the game was showing you happy green faces on your team your chance of winning was 73% (this was the team of esther/malik/leonar.) Once you get to a certain level of content (roughly haunted castle) the face system starts to become less accurate - it starts making assumptions out of well, thin air, and does not happen to always align with reality. Generally we tend to advise players not to rely on it at that point and either sim their heroes in the hero sim or ask around for help somewhere (hero channel on this discord or reddit etc.)

It probably should have shown you yellow faces or similiar to warn you that your odds were not more or less a guarantee, this is something Kabam could perhaps look in to.
