Flash Quest Rewards at “extreme” level

After comparing notes with my guild mates, it seems like the “extreme” level on the flash quests yields fewer rewards than the “hard” level. For example, when I ran today’s repair kit flash quest on “extreme,” I got 6 repair kits for my Polonia crew (RM slot gave loot instead of repair kits) and 9 repair kits for my other two teams (6 for the standard reward and 3 for RM - I think my champs were Hemma and Lilu). My guildmate, however, got 15 repair kits running Lilu on the “hard” level.

Are you familiar with the concept of luck

So for flash quest loot:
-Each quest is guaranteed to drop 1 stack of what it says it will
-After that there's a chance for additional stacks to drop (this drop chance is the same for every difficulty, confirmed by Kabam)
-The amount that can drop in a stack is higher on harder difficulties however they still tend to have the similar minimum amount as lower difficulties

Sounds like your friend rolled high on luck and you just got unfortunately screwed.

Can the range stay the same but the lower limit be raised for higher levels of difficulty? I.e 2-6, 3-7, 4-8, 5-9?

Makes sense from a loot logic perspective.

Makes no sense from a player perspective, as it's not easily disclosed in game.

Better UX would be better to make something more intuitive or disclosable in game.

the question is why stack on extreme dropped 4 kits ? Difference between stack size is to little not even counting luck with how many stack u can get.

Actually, that was just one example. I’ve been informally tracking this since the flash quests began in early March, and have begun more diligent data collection since posting this comment.

Yes, what you experienced wasn't a bug
Just really bad luck

There's a case to be made that they should raise the minimum on extreme stacks more so it's more reliable at being better than hard

But that'd be for #1037756743549190278
