What kind of account is connected? Is it Android or IOS and is your game account also connected to Google play or apple game center?

Log out every other Apple ID from your gamecenter, then open the APP and press the x on the cross connect Windows. It should then load a new account or the one connected to your device at the Moment. Then play until you can get to the settings and hit "connect gamecenter" that should load the account that is connected to the gamecenter at the Moment (which should be yours if your ID is the only one logged in)
Also you could leave your accountname and #12345 here, so Tristan can check, if there is a crossconnect on that account
Have you set up crossconnect? Have you tied your account to Google play or gamecenter? What happens if you press the x in the crossconnect Windows? And your ingamename and #12345 my also be helpful .

I have the same problem on Android device. On smartphone i can access the game but on the tablet that has worked until yesterday i cannot access with the crossconnect email
what happens if you click the x instead of cross connecting as you only need crossconnect for new connections
The game start as new. I have played until i can access to the setting and to the croccconnect button, insert the email and have again the error

I have already try to connect from android to android. Same problem. Both the device are Android
if both devices are android, you should have your account connected with googleplay. if you have the same googleplay account on both devices, then you should be able to simply log in with googleplay
so my account remained only on the computer. I have another person's account on my phone. I want to go back to my phone account

Both the device have same googleplay account and as i have say before i have not problem to access the game on both until yesterday. The problem is started today.
if they have the same google account and the gameaccount is connected to that, you just need to click "connect google play" in settings on the account that opens (probably a new account) and it should show you your accountdetails and you should be able to load the account that way

while the account owner is at work, I play for him. when the owner has a day off, he plays by himself
It is not a new account but i have solved emptying the cache and the data in the application archivation settings on the tablet with the problem. After this the game started already with the same account of the smartphone.

We're going to need a screenshot of one of the purchase receipts from Cherry♡#69749 in order to edit the account and remove the Game Center ID, and we'd need a ticket to do that. Both accounts are also going to be penalized pretty heavily.

You're only allowed to have one person play one account. Sharing accounts the way you two are is subject to pretty heavy penalties. I'll have to go over it with the team on Monday to see how we're going to handle it exactly

Because as I just explained, you're not allowed to either operate multiple accounts or to access someone else's account. It provides an unfair advantage sort of similar to using a bot.

in a humane way, I decided to help a person, but it turns out that i can lose your account(
