yes, I sent it before, but they did not give a healthy answer. Now I sent it again.
Since June or July 2022 I cannot login to the game due to this error. It was written that the updates were fixed, but unfortunately there was no change in my account.
What do you mean by "a healthy answer"?
In other words, they suggested things like deleting the game and reinstalling it, but these were not solutions, then things were said that it would only be fixed with an update, but the updates did not provide a solution either. As you can see I'm stuck in the middle and told to wait on discord before don't get me wrong but how long do I have to wait?
I see a ticket here from you from 16 minutes ago (so just before I asked if you submitted a ticket) but the most recent ticket before that one I see was you attempting to claim that you were owed 19000 shards during the ascension shard comp issue several months back
That just sounds like you were asked to do basic troubleshooting. Did you respond telling them you did that and the issue persisted?
That's the standard "having a tech issue" first step.
I may have sent a ticket with a different e-mail address. Yes, on my first ticket I was advised to delete and install the game first. When I wrote that the problem was not solved in my next ticket, they said that the game will be fixed with the next update. After that, I wrote to discord several times.

That sounds like the problem. You're spreading your communication out across several different places and sources, so it means we don't have a clear vision of what's already been tried. We also don't provide support via Discord.
You would have wanted to write back after the update telling them that the issue was still occurring, not swapped to Discord instead

It's a bit of trial-and-error, but if they aren't hearing back from you consistently "that didn't work, what next?" they can't really move it along for you.

Nothing - it's in the hands of the dev team. It's down to how long it takes them to figure out what the issue is in each individual account's case and get it resolved.

Hello, I have also Error 4006 since 19th November, 10 sec after login on different devices (Android, Epic, Steam, iPhone). My girlfriend logs into the game from my computer. Everything works for her. I contacted support several times. They didn't help me either. Please forward my issue to the developers!
