Have to enter Cross Connect code almost every time I log in

I connected my account to the Kabam Cross Connect so that I could transfer my game to a new phone. However, now that I've done that I get asked to input the Cross Connect code almost every time I log in and it's incredibly annoying. How do I make that not a thing anymore?

My guild members and I also cannot login for the last day. Bit annoying as we were preparing for the event and are now locked out for the start of it.

Been happening to me tons today and my 4 digit code won't work, locked me out of the game a few hours ago but got back in 20m ago. Account suavesmight#16133 i got a galaxy s9 phone ive had problems on, and also connect via my laptop pc on steam.

Yes also having the same issue requiring it every time I login and sometimes takes 2-3 codes to get in. Why is it each new update has more bugs than the last?

You should be able to skip the code part by tapping on the X

Nothing to do with the update itself it's the cross-connect system

I also have the same issue. I am not even playing on the other platform(steam), I am just playing on my phone and it won't stop.

also got this bug today. I've been playing on new phone for weeks now without problem and today it suddenly started to ask for new login every time. But as usual closing the app and starting it again helped. Also didn't notice the "X" so thanks for that.

I'm having this same problem, but it's also failing to log in most of the time when I paste the confirmation code.

@kirb do not paste any codes, don't try to log again. Just close email form with "X" or simply restart the app. It should login without problems after that.

And it will happen at least until monday as techs are out of office on weekends. For now you can use the x in the corner to get arround the cross connect

It should. As you only need cross connect for establishing a connection to a New device. If the game leads you to a New player, you can play that one until you get to the settings and log in via Google play or Apple game center, if it's not steam and you should be back in your old account then.

Tapping x does not work for me either. It just sits there hung.

I’ve tried tapping X. Nothing happens. It sits there on the loading screen and the progress bar does nothing. I play on iPadOS.
