Since SundayI get error 4006 directly after logging in (PX| Eickes#79856) on different devices (android/Steam)

I keep getting error 4006 every 5 min when I play on steam as well

This has been happening to me as well since Friday. Support hasn't been helpful in resolution.

They just wrote me that they know about the problem and they are trying to fix it. I should have patience... I wait now already 3 days

Great support, here is the answer:
This is an authentication error, which means that the authentication provider has problems and that the error should fix itself after some time.

The only question is, what do they mean by "after some time"?

a town member got the same support answer.
cant connect, just directly disconnect. now since around 5 weeks or so.
he tried over other connections etc. his girlfriend on the same computer can log in on her account so it cant be a provider error or a computer error.
when he logging in we are getting a message that he logging in and he is now a kings merchant.
next patch, still same problem.
hopefully he wont break cause we will loose 3 players of that.

Seems like some confusion with our German agent about how that particular error works. I seem to recall saying I had manually given your account to the QA team though, didn't I?

Yes right, we had written in the general chat and you noticed that the answer of the German support did not really make much sense.
