It extremely rare to get the button stuck up there repo rate 1/200~
I'm guessing is due the fact the animation it's just weird or has a bug.
Whenever you press on any item the wait button pops from top to bottom & whenever you press the waiting button again to leave the the customer the animation it's played backwards and waste 1 sec every time, as shown in the video.

After openGL update
Only seen once for now (on City Oil NPC)
Reclicking same NPC putted back wait on good place
(No restart, just clicked outside menu & clicked again NPC)
I have an upgrade juste behind, playing with X Y Z and supperposing the two menu can make this weird bug (waiting button try to fit at same place as upgrade button i think)

BTW : can don't like now (after openGL update) when you open a menu, with another menu button right behind
On good computer you can see button trying to fit on top, and fastly going at the bottom

Seen again, on heroes upgrade, same thing, only one first click NPC got wait button on top, and click wait or outside menu to close, and opening back is OK without the bug (Wait button at bottom)
Only the first click seem to have this effect, every other click won't reproduce bug
Sorry for flood, there is too many bug, and less people making full filled bug report
BTW market seems to crash (dont load any price & item quantity on market, buffer is infinite & make a crash / DC)

Notice that wait button isn't even clickable due to hit box being not rly rounded

Resizing windows replace it (1/2 size)
Putting back to full windows size (1/1) replace it behind the "limited edition token"
Putting it in 1/4 size (corner of screen) put mobile like size like normal (should be that for 1/2 size on some screen ration, but not every time here (need to resize a bit more game))
BTW always same, leaving menu & opening again clean the UI

Encountering the bug too. (Win10/Steam)
I discovered that it also happens on first customer and last one in line. First customer, when selecting the sales. Last customer when there are no further regular customers in line.
The button does not move when making sales or rejecting sale offers, in between the customer line.
Only on first and last customer.
