Weird Noise when listening on speakers or phone compared to headphones

is anyone able to help me with something quickly, when i listen to this on my phone or even like speaker it sounds weird (crushed?) but in my headphones it sounds normal, i tried to turn it into mono, didnt change, lower the volume, nothing, there isnt any effects on it. It isn't a problem with my headphones being good or my phone being bad as if you tried to listen to it on discord with your headphones and then on your phone, you'll hear the difference, even my speaker (wonderboom thing) make it sound weird, could anyone help me fix the problem. im new to all this

Your sample is way too short. Sounds good on headphones. But where is the music? On your computer, your phine? What did you do to listen to it on a phone? xplain everything more..

When I say sample I mean one shot, but it’s just like an audio file dragged into fl studio, that’s why I said sample, that’s why it’s so short, and yeah it does sound normal in headphones, but if you have a listen to it on any kind of phone you’ll hear what I mean, I listened to it by trying both downloading the file and putting it in my drive and also just sending it on discord and listening to it on discord. There isn’t meant to be music as in the track it’s alone, just a simple one shot yk. Let me know if there’s anything you don’t understand as maybe I didn’t explain it properly, or if you have any other questions

ive heard phone speakers cannot play very low frequencies
could cause distortion

have you tried looking at the audio under a spectral analyzer? (More accurate Graphic EQ UI) See if any frequencies are popping out? is this one specific project or when you export anything?
