I've been looking for some feedback on this track that I made and how I could make it better, or if there's anything to improve upon.

Good job! I enjoyed the beat a lot. I'm assuming your planning on selling beats so let's give you some advice for that. You have a great structure for creativity on the artists side. A standard hook verse 1 hook verse 2 outro hook structure for selling is great because it's one of the most common and well recognized structures in hip hop and can fit most artists.
Always make sure you leave room for vocals, and ad-libs if the artist so wishes to add them. Best way to do this is make your own (I used to use the same written song for every beat) and make it how I'd make it, then adjust the mix accordingly and delete all the vocals. Now any vocal track someone decides to add should sit nicely atop the beat and make the artist's job easy.
