This kinda depends on the person! if you have VIP you’ll get all the info you need by email, if you have general access (a “normal” ticket) then it depends on if you’d like to queue or not. Arriving 10 minutes before doors is usually fine if you don’t feel like queuing but would still like to be in the venue on time. Knowing the venue, I can safely say they are very speedy with getting everyone inside! :))

The longer you queue the probably more to the front you are! But remember VIP will be in earlier

The venue as a whole has good views everywhere as it’s like a crescent moon shape, for more or less good spots I’d maybe show up 1-2 hours in advance? However honestly it depends on the tour as to how long people will be queuing :)

You can also always head in to Utrecht and if you feel as if the queue is small enough, you simply go out for an early dinner or something ^-^

Hi evyone ^^ i'm from spain and will be in Nederland 10 days, going to Utrecht the 20th just for the GK event. Could someone tell me how is the best way to go there from Den Haag?

From Den Haag you can take a direct train if you go to Den Haag Centraal (the main train station). Often times the train will have an end destination of Groningen, Zwolle, Leeuwarden, Tiel, or Enschede but they all go past Utrecht Centraal, which is where you’ll be wanting to get out! These trains go roughly every 10-15 minutes, and it only takes 40 minutes or so to get to Utrecht.

To get back to Den Haag there is a train out of Utrecht Centraal every 30 minutes that goes directly to Den Haag Centraal, or you can grab the train to Rotterdam Centraal and then step over to the train to Den Haag Centraal or Den Haag HS (Den Haag HS is roughly 5 minutes away from the main city center!)

Then Utrecht Centraal to the venue is just a 5 minute walk through a mall, incredibly easy!

Remember that the last train of the day to get back to Den Haag goes at around 23:40 so you’ll have to make sure to be out of Utrecht by that time if you want to use public transport. I don’t recommend going by car as Utrecht can get extremely busy, and Den Haag in general isn’t a very car friendly city with a lot of small streets and confusing roads :)

For accurate public transit data over the whole country I’d suggest using an app like NS or 9292, both give live updates on cancellations or delays of trains, busses, trams, etc.

For public transit in Den Haag I’d use HTM.nl (the website!) they have all tram and bus routes on their website with times that they’ll arrive at each stop, and any changes in routing!

Most likely not - I can’t say for certain but I have had in previous instances they will have a security member sending everyone back to put stuff in lockers (even regular coats and purses), the merch booth at Tivoli is always on the same level as the lockers though so you could get merch - quickly go to ur locker (like 10 meters away) and then go to the venue itself!

So if VIP is like previous times, you are responsible to take all your friends in at the same time. You don’t have to take ID with you to do this, just ur email, name, and confirmation email.

That means if you booked VIP upgrade tickets for 3 friends, those 3 friends will have to enter the venue with you. They will not be able to enter seperatly

Now saying that, this is how it went during the TCBTE EU and NA tours, so I am not sure if it has changed !
