So, it's kinda sad that no tank in the line of tX which recieve consumables/provisions get them. It used to be like every tank from T7 to T10 get the new consumables/provisions (for exemple sandbag for the Ho Ri and WZ 113G FT), and it was a good thing to maintain consistency in the line.
So imo, they should keep the old ways and ad consumables/provisions to all tank in the line at the same time (from t7 to t10)

Well, not all new tech tree & premium/collector tanks need have special equipment/provisions.
For Murat tech tree addition is reserve track for Louis [IX] + Murat [X] and also very nice autoloader gun

This is not provisions / consumable, this is special mechanic, and yes, special mechanic in tech tree are only for tIX and TX (and tIX should also have them along the tX, for example Leo pta and cs 59 should get adaptative concealment)
Provisions / consumables are for exemple sandbag armour which was given to the entire ho ri line, reactive armour for the WZ 113G FT line, reticle calibration for the vickers line, reactive armour for the AMX 50b…. (From t7 to tX)

Clan leaders still cannot edit the clan description field on the Windows platform.

• When you down-arrow, your cursor goes away.
• When you up-arrow, it jumps to the Motto field.
• You cannot scroll with a scroll wheel.

Clan Bugs

Devs, here is a list of clan related bugs we have in 11.1.1 that we cannot verify in Open Test because there are not enough testers. However, I suspect these bugs exist in the 11.3.0 release candidate:

• When a clan has 50 members, applications are not received. There is no waiting list on full clans anymore.
• When deputies are promoted or demoted, it sends the promotion/demotion message to everyone in the clan telling them that THEY are the one who was promoted/demoted.
• Clan members no longer in the clan sometimes still appear in the chat tab.
• The join/leave logs are inconsistent and disappear.
• Clan tournament history is missing, showing only one year.
• When a member leaves the clan who participated in the clan supply grind contribution, they are no longer listed as a participant.

We keep a 📌 list of bugs and requested enhancements in the #clan-leadership channel.

From what I can tell, the only in that is being tested is the new fire mechanic. Here’s my thoughts on it:
The feature is, in my opinion, nice actually. Upon hearing this feature I thought it was a horrible idea, but messing around with it I have decided I like it now. Why? The drag aim mode doesn’t activate immediately, you have to hold your finger there for a second for it to do so. You can still aim like you would normally, so I can keep playing like normal uninterrupted with the new feature, but it also means it provides an answer to a problem I face every so often: shooting, aiming, and moving at the same time, normally during peek-a-boo and taking pot shots. Okay I really like the new Polish TD but there can be a few things to balance.
First of all the gun is perfect in my opinion, promotes active gameplay instead of camping which leads to more interesting gameplay. Nothing to change about the gun.
However we can have a problem with people yoloing. At the moment the TD can do almost 40KMH which I think would make people want to yolo which would be bad for the game. Maybe we should limit the speed to 30-35.
If we limit the speed then we should increase the traverse speed so it feels more agile, especially since it will be a front line tank.
I think this would make the tank very rewarding to play while limiting the amount of people yoloing in this tank.

Mobility wise.... yeah is fast, but like, way faster than it should, i get it its a assault td, but jeez is faster than his closer comparassion the 113gft (but tbh, fair, the 113 have better armor) my point still stands, maybe tune down the acceleration just a tiny bit, instead of 16.2 maybe 15.5

Gun is perfect, still needs to aim in but overall is fine, amazing base disperssion and fantastic aiming time, inaccurate enough to miss snaps, but pinpoint accurate if you let it aim in

The damage is also fine, i was scared t first but honestly, if you keep your distance is like a grille 15, however when up close is fantastic (also, please keep the 183 gun sound 🙏 )

My final opinion is, it needs a tune on mobility, maybe tune down his top speed to 40, or tune down his acceleration

NC 70 Gun is "okay" and seems a little weak, even at point blank range for a tier X TD
SDP 60 Gun is good, tank feels okay, feels pretty balanced overall
SDP 58 Gun is pretty good, tank feels nice, I will play it, but it won't be my first choice for tier VIII
SDP 57 Gun is terrible, tank is lethargic, this tank is horrible
SDP 44 Gun feels great, tank is nimble <-- wow, I enjoy this one and will play often
SDP 40 Gun feels poor by tier V standards, tank feels slow. It's not a fun combination to play.

Also, I think that the assault shells mechanic's ranges should be more like 75, 150, 200 instead of the 50, 120, 200 that it is now. Feedback. The camos for the new Polish TD look great and are the best ones for a line of tanks. They are far better to look at and more interesting than the camos on the Czech heavy line that were tied into the season story. The mechanic on the T 8 to T 10 assault shells feels much more like what I expected it to be and makes the T10 especially a fearsome opponent at close range. Overall an interesting addition to the game and I would like to see more specialised mechanics across the upper tiers of the game across all nations.

Honestly,the AC line is kinda poorly balanced,sure,the gun is Nice,mobility is average,but the armor makes no sense. The tier 8 for example: all red but there's a GIANT weakspot? How can you hide that?
AC Atlas- the armor is so weird it's honestly hard to use,one gold shell can pen it in the weirdest places. Either make it a frontline of a hulldown...Since the whole branch is frontline i don't know why the Atlas is so weak compared to say with a sterope (You get my point.)

I suggest changing the small shell icon for hybrid tanks with automatic cannons (during battle on HUD) to something else — they fire in bursts rather than single shots, so this would be more realistic and accurate.

1. Single guns alpha for high tiers hybrid tanks should be bigger. Autocannons are just better so no one will use normal guns, because they are not enough competitive in current state. I propose for tiers 8/9/10 - 450/480/510 alpha and DPM about 2050/2200/2400 and for 6 and 7 tiers like 250 and 350 alpha.

Regarding new BattleUI and loading screen changes.

• Tank type next to tank icon. Looks amazing and it's not even disturbing. Great job!
• Colored icon of tank classes. Again I like it, but I have slight problem with color of medium tanks, it's just way to clear - and it looks a bit like a dead tank.
• Green / Red icons of tank types next to battle time are also looking great.

Now the main thing I really like the minimap change finally tanks are not "teleporting" on it, but rather moving smoothly. Really great change ❤️

now about the balance changes what I could try
Škoda T 27 - Seems to be perfectly balanced. Quite fast with speed forward on medium tank, but the reverse speed makes up for it. The gun's behavior is nice - especially the interclip, although I wasn't too sure about the burst damage. The HP pool is quite close to the B-C 25 t AP.
WZ-114 - gun still feels quite a bit derpy, but the aim time buff helped. Rotation speed also helped a bit.
Type 59 - Reload buff helped a lot, now it feels like a tank that now can play against Progetto 46 or higher-alpha meds.
WZ-122 TM - Aim time also feels quite a bit better, hitting shots is now easier and mainly penetrating them is easier with AP's, finally not random bounces with APCR's.
WZ-112-2 - yay I am not aiming for an eternity with 122mm gun, but still sometimes trolls.
KV-4 - I think that tank was already decent, it's now just beast
IS-3 - gun behaves now pretty well, penetration nerf is not that perceptible.

With 99.9% certainty, this is not a problem with the tested version of the game, but rather a problem with the test client distribution method. I can only recommend using an alternative archive extractor. Or try a different device. In general, do something different from what you did when it didn't work.

Ok, here are my thoughts on the changes and new features.

1. New aesthetic changes to the UI – in short, they're nice.
2. Map reworks:
   Winter Malinovka – very good changes, the map has the vibe of the original version, but it's balanced and not as painfully flat as the current version. And those trees! 🙂
   Dead Rail - mainly cosmetic changes, I don't think they will significantly affect gameplay on this map, but okay - I don't mind.
   Canal - as above, mainly cosmetic changes in my opinion, but removing invisible walls is cool. This map will be campers heaven, but one or two such maps in the game are also needed.

3. Tank changes:
   Škoda T 27 – I suggest slightly increasing the ALFA, 270 would be ideal. Other than that, it's ok.
   E75TS - i don't get that idea to move it to 9 tier? With such a low ALFA, tank seems to be pointless with its rather poor mobility.
   WZ-114 – the main problem with this tank is its mobility, and unfortunately nothing has changed in that regard, but the gun handling is much more comfortable. Maybe at least 50 hp more?
   Type 59 – still not satisfactory, because with such low penetration, the DPM is too low and the tank - it's mid. I'm afraid that even after the changes, this machine will remain obsolete.
   WZ-122 TM - this tank is weak in many areas, so unfortunately this buff does not change anything, it still sucks.
   WZ-112-2 - was okay, and after the changes, the gun handling is definitely more pleasant. However, this is unlikely to bring it back into combat, as such tanks have long been out of the game.
   KV-4 – a very specific tank, and the changes are nice, but I don't think they will really change anything. Such slow, armor-based tanks have long been out of the game meta, which makes playing with them rather pointless. In addition, you press button 2 and the magic armor disappears just as magically. But I think you know that. Nevertheless, I appreciate the fixes, despite everything.
   IS-3 – after the changes, the tank is playable. Is that enough? I don't know but I can play it now, from time to time and and not suffer.

also linking blitzkit in game is amazing for all players.

The matchmaking changes, especially if implemented correctly will help alot, at least the part with less autoloaders. Itl help reduce turbo games, however most regular battle meta tanks ( concept 1b, fv4005, rinoceronte) are autoloaders, and theres just overall alot of autoloaders in proportion to normal tanks, so the matchmaking might still be overflooded by autoloaders even if this change is implemented.

The tornvagn is gonna be a good tier 9 tank, I think its armour will face up well against tier 10 tanks, and it doesnt have enough dpm to be a game changer, so it wont be op. The kanonenjagpanzer will be a beter su 122, in the hands of a skilled player itl win games. I think the ts 60s armour will be too bad against tier 10s.

Ok, here are my thoughts about some changes I’ve noticed.

• bigger mini-map – long awaited and well done,
• showing WR from various periods – very good idea,
• MM changes – will do absolutely nothing in game, because they don’t touch main problem of MM which is huge amount of very bad players and usually they are placed in one team mainly (like 1 team: 5 players below 48% and second 5 players over 50%). I get that this changes are easier to do in game and show to player as “significant” but in fact they will change nothing at all. They just miss the point.
• options to mark all inventory and avatars as read - at last!
  Tanks changes:
  Sterope – very needed buff. In current state this tank just sux, so after changes it becomes way better but still balanced.
  IS-5 – ok, but nothing really important. It still needs better gun handling.
  LT-432 – was mid and after changes becomes definitely better. Mobility and gun handling feels much smoother.
  Panther II – noticeable changes, I would buff it even more (especially armor) but it’s ok now.

T-44 – this tank is very outdated but after changes gun handling is slightly better. I would recommend to shorten 122 mm gun reload to 12 seconds, it would be more realistic.
Kanonenjagdpanzer – very good on 9 tier – nice gun and mobility. No changes needed.
Tornvagn – it’s ok but shells reload is too long. I propose changes from 13.60 -> 10.2 -> 10.2 to 12.6-> 9.2 -> 9.2 In current state it has same problem like many other autoreloaders (MBT-B, Mino, Kran) - the gameplay is artificially slowed down by excessively long shells reload times what is very annoying.
TS-60 – I have mixed feelings, armor is not so great, gun is pew pew (which also doesn't help) and mobility is average. In my opinion it needs a little bit more side armor for better sidescrapping (at least). After very bad transfer of E75 TS to 9 tier (it is trash now) you should be very careful with those (8->9) movements.
TS-5 – VERY needed buff, this tank is poor now, after changes more playable but still not so joyful. Maybe 8 degrees gun depression?

I'd like to add that I'm still waiting for detailed description after battle for CombatXP - now we don't know for what **exactly **(and how much) points we got and MoE is still very mysterious thing. It's still confusing and i cannot figure out what is most valuable to do in battle (regarding Gun Marks).

The Tornvagn does NOT need a buff. The lower dpm is more than made up for by the extra shells it has. Apart from the MBT-B, the other autoreloaders you mentioned are also already incredibly strong and would be broken if their dpm was buffed more.

This is not true at all and statistics confirm that. Kran is in the middle on HT X tier with WR 50.9% and 2k average dmg and Mino slightly better with 51.3% WR and 1860 avg dmg amongs TD. They are not "incredibly strong" but just both are mid. Obviously you are talking basing on your own feelings and not facts. Morover Tornvagn doesnt have any "extra shell" it has just 3. Only at 4 shells autoreloader you can really talk about
"extra shell".

I don't know if this is just ragebait, but I'll take it seriously. The Mino is placed at the top of tier 10s in terms of winrate so I don't know what you're getting at there. Anyways these statistics are terrible indicators for a tank's effectiveness, as statistics often hide more information under the surface. A big reason is that it follows off of an average player's performance, and many tanks are only strong if you actually learn how to play the game well. For an extreme case, look at the Leopard 1. 47.77% winrate and bottom of tier 10, but it is far from the worst tier 10 in a skilled player's hands. I also have absolutely no clue what you're getting at when you say 3 shells are not considered a lot. The majority (75%) of tanks are still single shots, and if 2 extra shells are not enough to make a difference I don't know what is. If you struggle to do especially well with these heavily armoured hulldown autoreloaders, then I'm afraid to say this is just a case of skill issue.

Statistics show how tanks work in average majority of players so they are way more accurate and proper than saying that in "some hands" which is very subjective.

There are some very universal and good tanks in game that every player can perform well (usually lower tiers) but not those you mentioned. In this case stats also confirm that (fi. We can talk about our feelings about specific tanks but this is domain of youtubers (who im also am) but not company. My opinion about Tornvagn is also subjective because it's only opinion, but what i typed above about Kran and Mino is based on objective tanks stats.

In this sense, kranvagn is a good tank for the casual scene, but it has a higher complexity than traditional single shot heavies, therefore inexperienced players will not be able to keep track of their autoreloader/ go hulldown perfectly with it. In the competitive scene, its still a very strong tank that has decently good dpm and has high 1 minute effective dpm so you can take out whatever enemy you want. The accuracy debuff is being felt on all levels, but competitive players will save their gun calibration consumable for engagements, so the effects of the nerfs are slightly diminished for example, the mino suffers on the competitive because its ridiculously slow, has less hp and its armour is inconsistent etc.

Thats literally a principle of how every player vs player game designs and balances things. Wotb is no different. There is a reason you dont see some tanks EVER in high ratings battles, but you see said tank almost always in random battles. ( And no, its not because a tank is objectively so much better than other tanks, its because a tanks has strengths/weaknesses that arent used to their fullest in a casual scene, but they make a big difference in a competitive scene, and I think kranvagn is a good example of that. Also, kranvagn is prevolent both in ratings and in casual scene, which indicates good balancing, but things like t110e4 and t110e3 for example are very common in casual scene and perform decently well but they fall off HARD in high elo rating.)

Im not sharing tanks for categories for better / worse / worst players and so on in this discussion. It's a little bit pointless and miss the point. Kran can be very good in skilled players hands (casual scene) on tournaments or ranked but overall according to whole players base it doesn't really matter. Random battles are main indicator and not modes. Additionally, appealing to a specific, narrow group of players is very immeasurable and distorts the overall image of the tank, because these good players constitute less than 10% of the entire player base (highier WR and avg dmg this lower down this number to like 1-2%) and they have no statistical impact on the tank.

As an youtuber in my videos I can say "this tank is good when played by good player" but the same time I also always say that objectivelty it's "difficult tank to play" or even "not so good" for most players. And this doesnt change tanks stats and how most players perform in it.

Strength is relative, and they are relatively stronger than the average tier 10. The Kran definitely sees an increase in effectiveness in a good player's hands, but can still be effective among the average. The Mino on the other hand has the highest tier 10 winrate for a reason. That is because the armour requires so little brainpower to use that even bad players will do well in them, although it does not have as much potential as the Kran in a skilled player's hands. In the end, however, I like to set my basis around good players with 50-55% winrate as they are typically the majority that try learn and improve in the game, and in that case, the Kran and Mino are really strong tanks.

My thoughts:
Mini map changes - ok, quite useful.
Tanks moved to 9 tier:
VK168 - was poor and still is, lack of real armor and mobility.
Vickers MBT - was ok and still is, a little bit change of playstyle.
59-Patton - was poor and still sucks, should have at least 260 alpha with same reload time.
T-34-3 - below average mobility, average armor, terrible gun - this tank sucks in both tier versions.
Somua SM - in Blitz it is really bad tank on both 8 and 9 tiers. Lack of armor, mobility and dpm - why doesnt it has 5 shells or at least 4?
Overall not so many changes, i dont comment maps reworks they are mainly cosmethics.

The new map restylings look insane I love it, the T8 which yall made T9 ain't bad but by far not necessary since for example the Vk 168 isn't really good since the cupola is still massive, Furthermore the gun sounds on the Autoloader aren't working, also some game Bugs for the IS-7 are in which gives it more Alpha than it should have and more Penn.
