Well, since the big boss mode released 2 years ago, that's how to activate the gravity skill by shooting. But then wargaming change the mechanic by binding a special key also why wasting your ammo to mark the black hole instead wasting the ammo on the enemy. I think by shooting it it's just completely wasting ammo. You know.

That's true about the fact it'll waste ammo, but that would mean you have to actually put the gravitrap on a solid building instead of something that has a hitbox 70 meters in the air.
-Plus, it would mean the gravitrap would not always be exactly where you want it so its a bit more balanced.

-Cuz graviton is the most OP role rn(Not including boss), being able to pin an entire team to a wall/ceiling for over 5 seconds is quite broken.
-On top of that, more than 1 graviton can be on a team, so from what would be a temporary 10 second disable can go up to a full minute.

My take is not to nerf or remove any of the abilities, but rather make it so that the amount of players with the same ability in the same team will be limited and shall not exceed 2, 2 gravitons, 2 healers, 2 bombers, and 2 catalysts allowed for each team,

this will make it so you can't have a situation where one team gets 6 gravitons and just makes the enemy team stuck in place nearly permanently,

and also prevents having
healers be able to just heal a boss from 500 HP back to 7000 HP in 30 seconds,
while still allowing both teams to have access to all abilites

It would also be nicer if the boss role changes hands after each boss deaths, like if a player with a LT tank dies as boss the role gets randomized to another player instead (with their HP being healed to full), this will make boss players have an incentive to actually stay alive rather than dies the first 1 minute of a match, and also prevents that player form doing it again since the role would be transferred to a preferably more capable player with a more capable tank.

So if a LT boss goes up against a enemy HT boss, the role can be transferred to another player with a different tank which could have a much better chance at defeating the HT boss than the LT boss

In one minute, I dealt 4521 damage and 5885 assist damage to the enemy boss.

If the reforged update ever comes, I hope they don't make HE infinite. If a buff is needed, I'd like to see something like doubling the Big Boss's maximum ammunition capacity, if possible.

I remember now. Besides track destruction, there's also the issue of recovery. British tank destroyers end up being able to fire HE shells infinitely. If they're going to be infinite, I wish they'd just stick to normal shells.

grav is overpowered as hell. it needs completely reworked, but as a temporary fix it needs limited so that there's only ever one on a team.
it's not fun, fair, balanced, or anything to be stuck to a wall for half the match.
this is the most glaring issue, something needs to be done about it.

the second issue, boss matchups are unfair as crap.
if same class is matched against same class it's usually alright.
but the times it's not same class matchups, the heavy tank just dominates 80% of the time.

light tanks just in general are also really weak as boss.
there should be consideration to making each tank class receive slightly different buffs as boss.

The no. Of Gravitons in Big Boss mode should be 2 or smth because if you are the boss then it's impossible to cope up with the enemy team if they keep gravitrapping you, like in one of my recent games with Kranvagn, I was the boss and it was impossible to retaliate since the enemy team had 4 gravitons. They kept gravitrapping me onto the pillar. May seem Funny from one side but from the other side it's quite frustrating. And so, I request Devs to kindly fix this problem.

I think that a big boss needs some changes. First of all, you should not be getting the bomber ability as a tank destroyer. Certain abilities should only be for certain tank classes. For example, I just played a match and got bomber twice, and I only had three abilities that game. Now, what am I supposed to do in ISU-152 with the bomber ability? The bomber ability should only be for meds, lights, and heavys. Second, I think that the gravi trap needs some sort of nerf. I don't know what would be a good nerf for this ability, so you could do a community vote on how it should be nerfed

there's some weird, specific rules involved with the quest. in order to complete it, you have to get 12 penetrating shots in a row without ramming both friendly and enemy tanks. it seems like there's a coding issue involved with the quest parameters, because it doesn't make any sense that colliding with any tank in a battle would reset your penetration streak progress

#suggestion Please add more details on the loading screens for big boss mode. A lot of people have no clue how to play it. You think it would be as simple as the bosses try to fight and kill each other while the team supports them closely but often that is the last that is happening. You have people activating gravity trap on the other side of the map. I don't think it is clear that the boss is worth 5 kills either.
Because literally everyone seems to be in a random match going to their spots and shooting whoever else derped to their opposite spot.
To be fair there isn't really any pointers or tips in game to encourage how to use these things or how they help and possibly hurt their teams chances. Pre battle during countdown they could have all of these hints up. As well as post battle. Maybe if there were clear bonuses for getting damage around the bosses and counters. You do level up your skills but often it is for arbitrary killing.

Also why is the MM so bad? Why are they putting a tier 8 heavy (AMX M4 49 in this case)vs a paper td (Su 130pm)? If you don't want people to claim the MM is rigged it is things like this that make them think that, as if the other things weren't enough. I keep getting this. Like I was trying to get my first win in tier 5s and we had an ELC vs a AC Highlander.
I don't like playing those tiers because of less player ability of the aforementioned. Just very little clue on what is going on. Making it fairly one sided. Not to mention longer que times.

Guys I have an idea for the next iteration of big boss. Instead of choosing randomly a player to be the boss all players should be able to cast a vote for another player in the team or themselves. In case of a draw then it would be up to RNG. The voting phase would last 10 seconds and during that time all the players stats like WR and average dmg and games won as the Boss will be shown to help making a decision. If a player didnt make a choice after 10 seconds his vote will automatically be for him. If a player loses a battle as a Boss he wont be able to the Boss unless he wins 2 more games as a mob. What do you all think of this idea ?

yeah but that's ok from the wg perspective, but from the good player's perspective it isn't. What if I'm always on the garbo team that elects a 30%er to be the boss. I'm sweating my hardest maybe im doing over 10k a game, but I'm always losing. I like to have some aspect of control over how much I win, but when you are never the boss you don't have that opportunity (as the boss basically counts for 3 players) (plus what if your team elects a good player every game. The bad players will never have an opportunity to be the boss, which will mean they lose interest in the mode and maybe even the game)

Who's the Boss?

Action X is probably your best bet for T8, simply because it's highly mobile, already has high DPM, with good accuracy, and the turret is insane if you get it hull down in the right places. Not sure about tier 9 as I barely ever play it, but i'd probably say either Kpf or T95 simply because they're like the only 2 T9's I ever use. T10 would either be E 50 M for all round performance, or maus for massive HP.

EDIT: Lmao, imagine something with no armour, such as the Steyr, being the boss. Unfortunately, you know it's gonna happen at some point. That team is gonna be mad

Either way, it could lead to some pretty amusing situations with a double explosion. In tier 10, if a full HP Maus was the bomber, that’s about 2.5k hp worth of damage in quick succession on the level 4 to level 5 jump. I have so many ideas that I want to try with this lmao

I'd say the max time is the thing that needs to be increased, considering a large number of my battles in uprising ended up with time running out. And that is with only 21 lives on each team. Admittely, one tank will give 5 points per death in this mode, but it still looks as if the time is gonna be a limiting factor here.
