Will i get such offer for other tanks as well? I don't care about 111, i got 20/100 cert parts from 2019 Lunar New Year event. But on Glacial, i got 80/100, simple maths say it should cost 1500 (for me - 10 cert parts = 750 gold) if it would appear. So again, will i get an offer for Glacial? Any way to trigger such pop up offer?

Chimera is not worth it for 40 bucks. It has high alpha and a solid gun, but has absolutely no armor and terrible mobility. Just drive an M4 Rev if you want the big-alpha mobility gun depression combo or a T-34-3 if you want the high alpha. @tame turtle @midnight spindle
If you want 440 alpha, you can drive the VK100P, or the JP II, or the Ferdi, or get a Skorpion G, or the 130PM when it comes out.

Or instead of having HEAT missiles, why not just make them HE. Should get rid of a big chuck of the problems - pen, damage and usefulness. Make it have APCR as a normal shell and a n HE missile. Sounds weird but the situation it will be better then it currently is

The thing with HE missiles is that with them being 152mm, they are likely to have 90mm of pen, most tanks have 40-80mm top armor, so straight down ontop of them. Also, HEAT explodes on impact in a concentrated area, the more modern ones i believe are built to melt right through steel

Panther 8.8... the Panther II was a modified panther with a new turret to fit an 88mm gun, so.... Thats in the techtree. Unless im completely wrong here

@carmine ocean i dunno why people think the chimera is bad. Its way better than the T-34-3. It has got very good mobility considering it was designed as a heavy tank. Its faster than the M4 Rev, Centurion, and on par with most other medium tanks. Its gun has good penetration and damage. Considering that no gun with under 200mm of pen can go through your hull or turret, you can reliably bounce most tier VII tanks, and its a second line tank, so its more like a heavy tank destroyer in tier VIII and IX games. My average damage in the tank is 2.5k so clearly its not that bad. Not worth it for the price its currently at, but 100% recommend buying at a cheaper price. Its also a very good credit maker

I have both T-34-3 and M4A1 Rev., this Chimera has very good agility and an invulnerable hulldown friendly turret, and it's not as susceptible to HE as they are. It's borderline unbalanced, coupled with that massive gun

Also they should still add VFM 5 also known as the Vickers Mk 5. Not the same thing as this Vickers Light 105. I just gave them a whole British light tank line that I did some degree of digging to put together. Starts at tier VI with the FV101 Scorpion. Also found some Swedish mediums and lights too.

Also they went beyond what I suggested for alpha nerf to HEAT missiles on the American lights. I think I suggested 510 alpha but they went to 490 which is better. I still think the pen on them though they aren’t nerfing enough. It should be 290 not 310. They also nerfed the APCR pen by 10mm. Which I cannot disagree with but not sure I feel it was necessary to nerf the APCR pen on the Sheridan’s gun.

I think the problem is not even that the tanks are fictitious, I believe the problem is how the WG exploits the players' money, placing absurd crates looking only at profit and not caring about their players, Not to mention all the other actions that WG took that many players did not like.
I spend a little money on the game every month, but I find it ridiculous what they do and it discourages me from continuing to buy and play the game where your developer is mercenary

@dense sand Perhaps. Though my Swedish medium tanks may need work since the Panzer 58 isn’t Swedish either. Not German nor Swedish but Swiss. I’m dumb for missing that. Still the problem comes from finding tier 8 Swedish mediums. I have the VIs, VIIs, IXs, and Xs set but 8 is tricky. Unless we take the possible TD/Light Tank Ikvs with 90mm project tanks with turrets and give them more armor than what some suggest they probably had. Not heavy level armor but still more armor than what they would have had. Though not sure where these people are finding this information. In fact when they make threads about it they leave out a lot of armor information and penetration information. At least they do dig up the project blueprints, however.

Dont understand why they wouldn't just add the action X as a separate tank to grind to from the British heavy line. Like, the T-54 can get you 2 T10 vehicles, so why cant the British heavy line have 2 tanks researchable from 1 T9? Why lock another tier 10 behind a pay wall? It just seems like a big "f u" to the free to play players, and those that dont have much money to spend on a videogame instead of food irl.
Also, it would be a much better fit after the conqueror than the FV215b. Because it has the same sort of playstyle, whereas the FV215b is completely different.

We have to either overwhelm them with agreement on one thing, or accept that the only people getting a super conqueror are those with obscene amounts of money or luck. and the thing with the t22 isn't that its a super broken op tank, its just a small bit better than other meds which is crazy important in tourneys.

It also had the same hull shape as the IS-7, meaning it could bounce reliably if the tank was overangled. Generally requires a decent amount of skill to use effectively. Because the T22 has been sold in crates/new year event, there are a lot of inexperienced players who got the tank by paying. For me, at least, most T22 players I come across aren't able to use that armor well, but an experienced player like iRaik, Tjfbleu, RollingSwarm etc. will be able to pull of many unusual bounces in the tank.

remember, every tier 10 tank that is tech tree on PC that is a tech tree but is being made a premium on blitz, wargaming will lose out on later, because wargaming can't just change a premium to a tech tree. It will most likely be in crates, it MAY be sold for an outrageous sum of gold (25000-40000 I would guess) but my hope is that it will get out in a good, realistic event.

I'm just saying that selling it in crates is a win win for Wargaming. They make tons of money and keep the tank rare so that they can go and sell it again later.

Why should it be in crates? It drives away customers, and those that DO buy it either imbalance matchmaking or skip the entire game and just to tier 10. Said players with sub-1k buying premiums are free damage for unicums and a burden to their team. They don't help a player improve, either themselves or their teammates or enemies.
In an event, Wargaming wins by making money AND, if the event is made well, drawing players in TO play the event. To enjoy the event, to succeed in the event. If an event is difficult but possible, and the reward is good, then it is a huge success and draws loyalty to the game
It lowers morale for F2P players, and angers those that actually want the tank but don't want to waste money. That is losing players.
And also, those that are bothered by the issue of newbies at tier 10 will sometimes quit.
Not to mention if it is released imbalanced, those that don't buy it struggle all the more due to said imbalance
I would like to see Wargaming to at least TEST a GOOD event without massive paywalls, crates, hardcore gambling, or profane numbers of hours spent.
I would like to see Wargaming TRY something new. If it fails, it fails, lesson learned, back to crates. If it succeeds... Well, damn, something came out of it. No company can advance without trying new methods.
But Little Billy has no self control, no social media, parents that don't really care, and really wants tanks 🤷

I'm willing to bet that the number is pretty decent. In essence for a huge majority of players WG will get to sell them the tank twice (or more) and only actually give it to them once.

I hope not because I really like the look with the Resolute camo. And I’ve been wanting a Brit Heavy with more than a pew-pew gun for a long time. Hz is the maximum amount of times your monitor can refresh in a second (like 60 or 120 or 144)
FPS is the amount of frames per second that are being delivered to the monitor
FPS does not depend on the Hz of your monitor
Screen tearing is not caused due to not having the same FPS as the refresh rate of your monitor, its caused by unstable frame times
Frame time is basically the delay between each frame, with 60FPS stable you'll have an average frame time of about 16.67ms
However, since FPS is an average, on one moment you can have a 8.3ms frame time and on another you can have 33ms frame time, and the FPS will still be about 60 but your game will be a stuttery mess due to inconsistent frame times
(Any deviation of about 6-7ms in frame time is detectable by the human eye and will make the game stutter)

I highly encourage people to avoid crates, save your money for when the tanks come for regular money/gold, then spend your money there.

I was wondering: Why arent there tournaments for Pc players? Even tho Blitz is based to be played via phone, alot of players also play via Pc or laptop. And some out of all those pc players are searching challenges. Thats how the end up in tournaments, but why not make real big tournaments for Pc players? I mean besides just pure fun and showoff there is no point for Pc players to play tournaments, because they barely get any prizes or attention.

Also you can barely carry your team considering its a 1vs15, but in blitz that is still possible. For example winning a 2vs4-5. This would be extremely rare in WoT Pc. And i mean why just not make even the smallest tournaments for pc players with actual rewards to just give them something to keep themselves bizzy with.

Blitz is a mobile game because that is what it was originally based on and still is the vast majority of the playerbase. Maybe wg could post stats as to if it is 70/30 or whatever it might be. My thought is that pc only would be a very small tournament so I guess I sort of question what’s the point if you only get 20 teams

If PC players are going to be competitive I expect them to know how to play mobile.
It's one thing playing a game for fun, but getting into a competitive scene you should know how to adapt. Just Like speedrunners having broad knowledge about different categories of a game including games that are old like Ocarina of Time for example adapt to different platforms of the game based on the latest tricks.

First off, mods can only affect client side data. The server is what handles the shell data and calculating when a shell pens and does damage etc, not the client
Also, there is no such thing as a hit skin mod. Mods can only change superficial things like different sounds or reticle appearance, or what the loading screen looks like.
Also, ghost shells for the most part don’t exist. They are usually caused by packet loss, inaccurately drawn tracers, people hitting external modules and missing the primary armor, etc...
Also, the hitskin has nothing to do with ghost shells. The hitskin just shows you where you can and can’t pen. The server calculation for your shell is entirely separate from the hitskin
Also, WG has a system that checks your files for illegal mods.
Also, this most recent update removed the ability for kidders to change how the 3D model of tanks look (which mind you is completely separate from the server side collision model used to calculate armor/penetration)

Ghost shells do not exist, they only exist due to player misconceptions that the game is bugged/ the nonwillingless to accept that their skill is lower than what they thought so the first thing they have to blame is ghost shells. Ghost shells also come from lag, packet loss, hitting spaced armor, render issues with the game client. Mods are client based and will not affect the server. You can lie to yourself yes, but openly lying on this server and spreading misinformation will not be tolerated

It would be wrong to say that ghost shells do not exist, they do exist but they are much rarer than what most people claim, they usually happen either due to packet loss (as stated by two people above) or when you fire in between the time of a server refresh tick and the shell is effectively lost because the data never reached there (another incredibly rare occurrence).

Rn $50 is the norm for a tier 8-10 tank in store. A while ago, it used to be on par in cost with similar tiered tanks. Yes prices has increased, wg still needs to make money. But also, there have been many good events, like the t343/type 64, current one, etc. Also the christmas one wasnt bad, it was more beneficial for f2p players than people who pay money in the game.

On the other hand, something should be done first. A game that lasts only 1-2 minutes, in which every shot is a hit, no matter how and where you stand, these are the real problems.

The issue is the disadvantage with tier 9s. They already have such a disadvantage and 1 the gap between the tier 9s and 10s will be too big. 2 the tier 9s will be so much worse against the heavies considering their low hp. For example, is 7 and t-54. The is-7 could easily kill t54 with the t54 standing no chance. If this happens, faster heavies could roll with meds and bully the enemy meds. Btw batchat needs a buff if this is to happen as I see no point in playing it anymore

Why Why Why are all the new British tier tanks PREM ONES why cnt we just grind them out like the rest of the other country's tanks , the British tanks have the worst damage per shot than any tank up to tier 9 when we get the 105 , You gave the Italians some good resurchable tanks but not the brits WHY ? If it is Supremacy, the number that hits first is what matters. So if they hit 1000 points before you killed the last tank, then yes, they get the win.

I think that he means is it ever gonna change so that people who manage to carry their team by killing say, 3 final tanks on the enemy team when alone on supremacy manage to win even if the enemies points are at 1000? Because in all fairness, people that manage to kill the enemy team deserve the win. Points should only dictate a win if both teams have surviving tanks when the battle ends.
If team A takes out the final enemy tank on team B, with all tanks on team A alive, team B should lose. Points shouldn’t allow team B an unfair win in that situation.

Imagine you are the last alive on your team, there is more 4 enemies and two of them are full hp, if you survive until battle finish and your points are bigger than enemy points you'll win (don't need to be 1000, if you have 567 points and your enemy have 566 and the time is over, you won because of points)
That's why i think this mode is cooler than encounter battles, you have much more strategies and ways to win

I have a suggestion for this year's Halloween event. Basically, make a 5 person survival game against AI ,,Zombie" tanks. Make the survival last 10 waves or more, with the final one being a boss tank. Make the zombie tanks unique in looks and make them work like this: Each round they become faster, their guns fire HE with increased damage but weak pen (at least until later rounds when they become stronger), make them drop Mad Games/Uprising abilities to boost players and their chances of winning and so on. Make the Event tanks apocalypse based with lots of other rewards. Another fun thing would be scavenging around the maps and finding crates filled with random rewards like credits, gold, free exp, boosters or just straight up tank crates that spawn randomly all around.
Think it's a possible thing for the future?

Why the buff of dpm for the 25t? And the jagdtiger has enough armor from my point of view. This is why I quit the game not long ago. Desperate balancing that just makes stuff worse.
Like seriously, I know this is controversial but I absolutely DESPISE autoloaders, in my opinion they are op and especially when they can penetrate you. And the 25t was good enough as it was. I found it a very hard vehicle to fight. I don’t see the point of fixing these tanks. The Jagdtiger has a lot of armor upfront that most vehicles couldn’t pen and the sides were also correct. So why the buff wargaming??? If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

A Tank in Each Container! was a nice concept except one can still get duplicate tanks: I received JagdTiger 8.8 (2015) even I had JagdTiger 8.8 already. WG could have eliminated the chance of getting camo duplicates (and also for T34 Independence). Otherwise the Tank in every container was a good idea. Feel quite upset now. No more containers for me.

If you aren't hulldown or at least lower plate hidden then you are on the wrong position, and if you are in the right position you have 290mm of armour everywhere they can see. It has amazing dpm and reliable armour as well as 8° of depression.
If you aren't in the open then you have absolutely no clue what paper means or you keep trying to bounce tier 10 TD prammo.

@serene mango If you aren't talking about some stupid situation then it's just completely stupid to think that the jagtiger is paper, so I decided to give you the benefit of the doubt.
You can get hulldown on almost every map, and failing that you can sidescrape pretty well. If you aren't in those positions then you have absolutely no right to complain at all.
I will give you a little hint, 240mm on the hull is not paper at all, and then add into that depression and angle and suddenly you are impenetrable to anything that doesn't have amazing pen at tier 9.
From what it sounds like your main issue is positioning which is all your fault and definitely not the tanks

The tank is still pentratable by any gun and a map like middleburg you can't go hulldown in that
And sometimes the play forces you to move from your position so what you are talking about is the best position. you can get to that position on a map like mines but that is like in the middle and then it will require some pushing from your team i do almost 3k avg damage in it

So, I’m happy with these crates. Like dummy happy. So, I figured I’d go pick up a t5 and a t7 crate, t5 for seal clubbing or something, and cuz why not. I got the T25, probably going to sell. I opened the t7, and to my surprise, RNG liked me today, so I picked up the Smasher!😁😁

Honestly, I have no complaints about these crates. There's no new exclusive tanks locked behind them, they're fairly priced, and the potential downside is limited. If I weren't saving my money in anticipation of a certain tier 10 that is to remain unnamed, I would buy another (bought the tier 5 crate for the heck of it last time, got a VK 168)

I believe Gravedigger should be given another gun with penetration as much as tigers, 200mm. Gravedigger is great tank, but because of low standart shell penetration, it can't do much to serious heavy tier 8 vehicles.
All other aspects of the gun is up to you, balance it. But please consider giving him a gun with standard shell penetration of 200!

Just when you think you're getting super lucky and you get that tier X crate, and then it goes and gives you a duplicate of a tank you already spent an absurd amount of money on, and your compensation is 2500 gold???

I can say for a fact even if you have almost all the Vehicles they are still good because if you missed out on a tier 9 or 10 Collector's or it was outside of your budget you can get one at random.
I got lucky enough to get WZ-111-5A which was one of 2 tanks I'm missing aside from Proggetto 46

Its not just beautiful @cheesehead24736, it helps. My win rate was 58% , but after a bunch of nub teams my winrate droped to 55%. Its just outrageous I mean I do 3.2k dmg in a tier 6 game but yet we lose

Lucky Crates - the 2500 gold compensation seems a bit meager given that one would already have to be a major financial contributor to WG in order to make it through the containers without getting a tank new to the player.

Financial contribution isn't a concern for Wargaming, and let's say they did put in a system where people who paid more got more out of the chests, that pretty much sets a Pay to Win atmosphere, and is really bad for the community

I am actually quite fine with these crates. You get a guaranteed prize and may even, if you are lucky (or have payed a lot for tanks) get a higher tier, more expensive tank for less money.
