I do agree that getting one's garage in order now is likely the best move.
I have also already upgraded my garage previously and used up a lot of freexp; because of Reforged and Sets, keys, ....

Now of course the news today is that KEYS will NOT be in Reforged any more.

But yes, personally, I do still plan on reviewing my garage ... and will probably use up most of my freexp.

My garage is similar size, too many vehicles to choose from, and I gravitate to the birthday ones and my favorites.

I think there's a few nations that I have not started and did not have access to in previous tests; so I could buy some mid tiers there in WOTB; but now keys are going away ... so no longer a worry.

Just like running UTx and Blitz at the same time, they should have an overlap period.

People can get things fixed that they have in Blitz that did not make it to Reforged. Instead of a hard-switch-over and you cannot show, reference, or prove what you had before. It would give regular players time to download and work the kinks out 1:1.

Start by running production release Reforged on the test server for 1 week with Blitz on the mains (like testing). After 1 week, put Blitz on a test server and switch Reforged over to the mains. After week 2, shut down the remaining Blitz server.

Just realize that any player progress made in Blitz after Reforged comes online will be lost after week 2. This will not cost WG any more than running the tests and will alleviate a lot of headaches.

Independent of the superfluous sets, I wonder where the rush suddenly comes from.
There are still so many points unclear/unresolved:
Performance problems, the new economy, graphics problems (for example it's still foggy/blurry, especially at a distance, or zoom in—the grass looks flat without any blades), where are the fun modes??? -only modes for me that make playing fun, ...and much more.
Instead of a UT5, now suddenly comes the changeover.
To me it looks like a early beta version-not everything implemented or even tested.

They will have to do a UT5. They have not tested/fixed:

• Nintendo Switch
• Clans
• Platoons
• Keyboard mappings (moving here, driving to base C, etc)
• Variable aspect ratios
  (these things were not tested or were broken that I can think of off the top of my head)

I think sets the way they fixed it are perfectly fine they brought back the tech tree format so it’s basically just including premiums as part of certain tech trees (now always available for purchase instead of waiting for the shop) and now adding the ability to grind with any tank in a set

I frequently hear about networking issues from that region over to Asia.

One avenue that will open up when reforged comes; is that you will not be dependent on a region any more; so you will be able to play on the EU server.

I wasnt impressed by reforged, barely playable on my high end PC and a nightmare on my android devices. I will enjoy the current version until 17th june, and uninstall android versions at least. With the current storage crisis, i will happily get free space on 17th june!

Quick question about reforged
I haven’t played the recent tests so I don’t know if that’s still there but are the lower tier changes still happening? I hope not, a lot of them place tanks too high or would ruin fun tanks
Stuff like sherman firefly becoming tier 7, AC IV sentinel tier 7, Pawlack tier 7 and few others like sentinel 1 and Matilda being moved to 5 I think

I played one of the first few reforged tests and there were tier changes there for a lot of tanks in every tier mainly around 4-7

A lot of the ones there for tier 9 actually came to this version like Tornvagn, T-34-3 and Somua

I didn’t think they’d bother with tier changing 6’s in current blitz but I’m hoping these changes arent still going to be in reforged
The main two I’m worried about are Pawlack and Churchill VIII those are the most fun tier 6’s in the game for me and moving them to tier 7 would just completely ruin them

Some things have changed but WG is continuing the Blitz experience.

Everyone has their own opinion on these things, of course. There will be another test before the update is released. Keep an eye on the news, try it out yourself during the test, and voice your own opinion in the Reforged channels!

The main issue is that bases appear in far too obvious locations, which encourages camping and staying in one spot rather than forcing teams to actually move. I believe the developers should lean into complete randomness and make the bases spawn in absolutely unpredictable spots, even in the very corners of the map or on distant flanks where players usually never go. Such a change would completely break the boring habits of the average player because no one would be able to position themselves based on memory while waiting for the next point. Every battle would become a challenge requiring immediate reaction and movement across the entire map instead of just circling the center. Introducing this element of surprise would breathe life into the dead zones of many maps and finally make the mode as dynamic and unpredictable as its name suggests. Right now, it often feels too stagnant because everyone follows the same pattern, but truly random bases would force a completely new playstyle and give everyone an equal chance regardless of where they happen to be standing.

I understand that developers might be hesitant to implement completely random base spawns because they fear it could feel unfair if a point appears right under an enemy's nose. However, in a fun and casual mode like Total Domination, this unpredictability is exactly what the game needs to stay fresh. Instead of worrying about perfect balance, they should embrace the chaos because it levels the playing field for everyone. When a base spawns in a random corner, it forces even the most passive players to abandon their camping spots and actually engage with the map. This wouldn't just be about luck; it would be a test of a player's ability to adapt and relocate quickly under pressure. By moving away from fixed patterns, the developers would eliminate the "memory meta" where experienced players just wait at the next known objective, giving newer or less tactical players a much better chance to contribute. Ultimately, the risk of a "lucky spawn" is a small price to pay for a mode that feels truly dynamic and utilizes every single square meter of the map instead of just the same old central corridors.

There's constantly 0–2% packet loss on the EU server. My ping is consistently at 30 ms. Today the packet loss was 10%, and this problem happens at least once a week. I'm playing with a friend and he says the same thing, so the problem is on your end.

I do not work for WG so I am not involved with the servers. All I know is that - over 10 years of playing and looking at the servers in game and via third party tools; is that 99% of the problem is with the internet provider or the backbone provider. Not the actual data center.

Random battles aren't just flexing stats though? Why can't you play with a friend in randoms?
You also don't need to play daily. The clan rewards only require 7 quests to be completed. In total you have 23, 15 of which can be completed individually. Even if you don't do the weekly one, you only need 3 days + 1 extra mission if you're completely solo

Hey I have a question to moderators/wargamers, where is the promised comeback of the old maps? You brought back 6 maps, and 3 of them are available now only in the training rooms. As an old player who plays this game for over 10 years I was really really excited to play on the old maps again because some of them are just nostalgic, better or more interesting than the current maps. I'm sure the other players showed a lot of support as well, but you don't add more of the old maps and you even removed the maps that were added back almost a year ago (Malinovka, Lost Temple, Mirage). The comeback of all of them would be really appreciated, I'd like to play them in random battles but playing them in training rooms only is still an awesome solution. It wouldn't bring any negative feedback and I'm sure every other player would love it, and I'm worried that Reforged is coming really soon, so this is the only chance to bring them back.

I dont like the new gamemode. It is bad for many reasons:

1. the game greatly benefits fast tanks. If you go with a clow tank you can not change positions. Pz II J is bad for that reason for example in this mode.
2. Not enough credits and XP for battle. There is no reason to play the mode. We all play fun modes because it can earn credits and xp. But in this mode even if I damage 12k with a tier 7 premium tank I only get 60k for a win with premium account
3. It is confusing what are pen values. We need visual clue about it.

I would suggest the mode to be 10v10 and have all 3 bases all the time. Or if you dont like it that be the smaller 1v1 size map and have 2 base positions on it. Or just one.

My two suggestions would be
Add armor highlighting since it’s difficult to tell all the new interactions between these low tier tanks vs high tier
And make it so that kills add points to your score too so the people that ignore bases and do nothing but drive to the center to have a big dogfight are at least contributing something
Or some other suggestion to make games closer 9/10 it’s just one side absolutely sweeps the other like 1000 to 0 or 800 to 200 once the time runs out

Silly of you, if you want to have an armor indicator you should've thought about things like the Kv2, such suggestions will just help them ruin your game easier.

With a bunch of trials and errors even with 110mm pen you can go through a lot of things, all you have to do is which tank has weak armor or not, and skip targeting low tier with HE (I-IV)

though some low tier doesn't have the luxury of buff armor so they still have paper armor.

You don't understand statistics. For every player above 50% there needs to be one below, so even of you make players better distribution in % will still be with above and below 50% . So basically nothing would change at all.

It's not a real heavy tank. The Prowler is more of a "heavyum," so a mix of heavy and medium tanks.
In this case, the armor isn't on the level of other heavys at the Tier, but the combination of great mobility and gun allow it to play more similar to something like the Chimera.

I really wouldn't say that it's a bad tank, considering what special things it has to offer on top of the base stats (the mechanics, variety of super consumables).

Tanks being literally op and then getting nerfed af. A good example is grille 15. It was (still is in good hands) a good tank and an excellent tank Destroyer with its 640 dmg per shot. Then it got nerfed to 580, its a literal paper tank which now has not enough dmg per shot to take out an enemy tank when getting catched alone. Or for example E50M (my fav tank), it was soo good back in 2023 and 2024, then it got reactive armor and later got nerfed, i like the higher dmg per Shot but its not like it was back in 2023. Or what about Maus. Maus is a heavily armored Tank, but with HEAT its easy to penetrate it. It doesnt make fun to play it anytime because basically everything what has HEAT shells can penetrate you, even when you Angle it.

Yup, i totally agree. Pawlack already is not the best tank at its tier. What is it supposed to do against a IS-3?? Also, the changes which comes with changing the tier of a tank, the changing of the armor and Speed, makes it really unrealistic to its reallife Version. How many are not battle pass/reskins/old tech trees
10 are premium reskins of tech trees (T-34 victory, fury etc)
35 are BP tanks (over half so they don’t count)
5 are removed tech trees that would make good premiums
And one is some unreleased hybrid nation tank
only 12 are original unique tanks and they’re going to move like three of those :/

WG should add some kind of Simulator where a few player who are experienced enough in this game can test armor changes on tanks to find the perfect Balance. It has some of my favorite tanks like IS-2, Eagle Pershing and Tiger Frontline (Tiger 1 with realistic markings) but I can’t stand forest witch and all those other Halloween/wasteland tanks
Tiger Frontline is good though since it’s armor is insane, Eagle 7 and IS-2 I rarely get to have a fun time in so I barely play tier 7

This is unfair.
I saw that the tent gave rings, so i completed the order that the fire path gave to get the short cut and grab the rings after.

Turns out you cant and you have to take the long 5 steps detour to unlock them.

This wasnt explained properly imo, very deceptive.

Devs should have added other yellow arrows there or something to show that you werent able to get the rings with the path coming from the fire step.

Now i payed emblems and completed a quest to skip steps that im going to have to do anyway.

There's a problem/bug with the No Man's Land map. I chose to take the path that is part gold and part wins/silver. And it let me begin proceeding on this path, but then suddenly will no longer allow progress. There is even a yellow arrow that indicates you can go this way (and it does let you at first). Then it bugs-out and says you have to complete the previous stage. As you can clearly see, I did complete the previous stage, I have the tokens, and the silver.

I think the arrow pointing up is for the path on the right that goes directly to the Prowler. The arrow pointing down on the left is telling you that you can’t keep going up the silver path that way.

I don’t think it’s a bug but more that it can be a bit misleading

It better not be. I chose this path consciously, with purpose. The yellow arrow on the right, just like the street signs of probably 90% of the countries on this planet indicates you may proceed this direction. Plus, it's a Tee. All other Tees on this map I have done (down on the left) allow you to proceed either direction. If they did this on purpose to TRICK PLAYERS, that is despicable and deceptive.

But frankly, I think it is a bug. I doubt they were trying to trick players. I think the devs simply didn't try this track to find this problem.

If they wanted this to be a 100% gold-only track, they would have simply not put a Tee in there. No, it's very clear, you are allowed to proceed this way.

The prowler is a good reward being a pretty much new tank since before it was only obtained in some super rare obscure thing I don’t remember what exactly and nobody had it

But the other rewards are very boring because just only boosters and credits nothing else, stuff like camos and seeing sherman V in the profile background got my hopes up that we’d be able to get that

I had a problem between yesterday and today. I completed all my daily clan missions and even a weekly one. I should have 36 clan points. However, on the clan leaderboard, I only have 14. The points I earned last night (Tuesday) weren't counted. And I only have 4/7 missions completed to get the rewards, whereas I should have 6/7.
Other players in our clan seem to have the same issue.

I'm asking specifically because I received a website link via notification for testing, which states: If you're reading this, you're among the small number of lucky tankers participating in the tech test! From May 8, download the test build, play 20 battles, and get 2,500 and 30 days of Premium Account for your main account as a reward!

On the test server I received both premium game time and gold, but not on the regular WoTB server.

There are several places, depending on what test build you are talking about. #reforged-update-discussion is available for general comments about Reforged and #techtest-may-discussion is available for discussion of this weekends tech test. I expect another UltraTest later this month and there may be a bug report channel or other discussion channel set up for that test.

Rewards for playing battles in a test are given out a few days after the test ends. They are credited to your regular Blitz account. You should see a short notice in the ingame News/Notifications and a change in your gold/premium time balances.

My phone was getting really hot! I also lowered the FPS to 30Hz in-game to play, but everything was very blurry! I also noticed that the Tank 185FB was lagging and twitching a lot in-game.

Devs attention: the 2 heavy max is creating LONG wait times in Skirmish. Only Tier X has any chance of finding a team. On NA, that 2 heavy rule Skirmish and probably Realistic needs to be loosened.

By the way this hilites the need for numbers waiting in Queue broken down by tier in Reforged like it is in regular. This can not wait. So many players have already disappeared from NA that waiting long in queue is not an option.

I’ve encountered a major bug in Reforge. While downloading additional files in the garage on my mobile device, I clicked on the Camouflage icon, and the entire game froze.

After restarting, I was unable to connect to the server (it appeared to be down). When I finally managed to log in after some time, the game crashed at the initial loading screen with an error message.

The most concerning part is that the exact same issue is now happening on my PC, even though the bug first occurred on my phone. It seems to be linked to my account/profile rather than the local files. Nickname: MAXPOWERS/595426320

Yep, they’re changing so much, too much imo. I understand the need to change the engine to UE, but they should have transferred across the fundamentals of the game without too much change initially. This root and branch redesign has the potential to go really wrong imo.
