The Steam bundles have no compensation for a duplicate tank or legendary camo. It’s mentioned on the dlc’s store page.

When you open your Steam account, download their Blitz app and open it using your Wargaming ID. Then link it to Steam in settings.

I think that should work but haven’t had to do that myself. You can pick up the two free bundles to test it before you spend any money. Purchases on Steam should appear in the garage quickly but some have been known to take longer or need WG support to straighten things out.

MM doesn’t consider wr or, for most players, effectiveness, but regular battle MM does consider battle count. Players with lower battles count will only be in battles against other similar players and bots. After that, players with under 5,000 battles are matched each other when possible. If players can not quickly get into a battle the <5k players will be mixed in with more experienced players. This will happen more often on servers with fewer players, such as NA.

I believe that new player and bot matchmaking applies only to regular battles. It looks that way to me.

There are teams like that in the other servers too. The very worst players will end up in the separate queue for 60-70% of their battles and there will be players who haven’t yet established a pattern that puts them there. If they are on my team I try to remember that they could be on the red team next time. Everyone gets them, unfortunately.

I hear you bro, and I see both sides of this. I was disappointed when they sold the Enforcer for money. I bought/earned that in an Op (RIP Op tanks 😭 ). So it stinks to see people come along later and get it. I run the Vandal camo on mine - I think it looks silly and childish, but it says I got this back then, during the Op. As for the low tier tanks, I was glad to be able to grab them today. I had never heard of WoTB years ago, so I'm glad to be able to grab a piece of that nostalgia for myself.

1. Allow for "gifting" gold and credits to clan mates or friends (you already do this when buying items)
2. If my entire clan is in a tourney, it SHOULD count towards a Supremacy mission

The matchmaker has been altered since last December and there are no rules anymore. All the veteran players have seen that. The matchmaker is a generic name for a joke these days. Coupled with the Russification of the EU server for example and you have a perfect TRASH CAN of a game experience.

Only WG would know for certain but I’ll try to give an answer: There were probably more players like that added to the queue. There’s always new players joining but a sudden wave of them is going to really stand out.

New player matchmaking only works “when possible.” I think that when either new players or more experienced players can’t quickly get into separate battles the two groups are mixed together. Neither MM nor the selection for the separate queue considers winrate at all. So there’s not an absolute bar keeping new or low winrate players from playing whatever tier they want to play in.

The analysis that BlitzAnalysiz.com has done may point to what may have changed. For update 10.5 it found an average battle count of only 3,190 battles among the 2.29 million players in its database who played at least 1 battle during that update. It also reported a significant increase in the number of players. When there’s an influx of new and returning casual players going into one end of MM there’s bound to be an increase coming out the other end too.

That could also be one of the reasons for what you saw when some of the CIS players transferred to the EU server.

It's not about new players. It's about how your enemy team's average WR is always 5-10% higher than your team. That's the problem. If both teams get the equal number of new players, it'll cancel itself out.

The problem with MM is that it always forces you to carry the team to get a win. Or it's the system tries to balance it out, by trying to drag people with higher WR down. If that's the logic behind the MM, that explains why the enemy team's average WR is always higher.

I compared 20 consecutive games, and the total 7 player average win rate green vs red is always very close, never more that 4 percent different, usually only 1 percent off. I only was able to do same with a few pre-update replays and it was the same. So I gave up thinking WG was matching somehow on win rates. But something is way different this last update. If this continues past the new coming update we will just have to adjust to the new normal where win rates seem irrelevant. Poor players high rates, good players lower rates, everyone pushed to 50% (although the best players will more often find a way to win).

Toons of 3 are difficult to manage. You need another on the enemy team, then the tanks have to roughly be equal (so that one team doesn't get 3 heavys, 2 med and the other get's 0 heavys but 5 meds). It's probably best to play at least 2 different types of tank when in such a toon.

these are the "old" legendary camos. the leftovers of the previous phase of the game that wasnt HD.
They are getting replaced by 3D styles one by one, just be patient.

As for the price, these really high gold prices are one of the reasons the game is F2P. Just wait for a year and the 3D styles will get cheaper.
The "Harvester" camo is an exception tho, because it is a collab with a movie studio, it will probably never come back. Hence the high price.

If you dont have the gold to buy it, just dont. It wont alter your game skills, it's just graphics. Leave these to the players who are ready to pay for it ¯_(ツ)_/¯

It's called gambling and that's not quiet how it works. The chances are the same for everyone to begin with, if you get lucky, you get a tank right away, if you are unlucky, you might get none at all. Paying just increases your chances to get the main reward, but doesn't guarantee it (if you don't get enough charms)

Even if it sometimes seems like it, crates and draws aren't "rigged" to give newer players better rewards. Everybody get's equal chances, some have more luck, some aren't lucky at all.

Boxes, crates, draws, ... it is all gambling. Always review the odds via (i) link, before spending and assure yourself what the odds exactly are to win and if you will be happy or unhappy with the amount spend if you walk away with nothing.
Yes, there will always be that lucky person somewhere, who gets a prize with one box, or pull, or whatever. But that is the exception.
As far as somebody winning 3x within 3x times, when the odds are single percentages or less .... to me that is statistically impossible.

• Battle Fatigue
  Just tell me these names and I can see what the tanks will look like in my mind.

My favorite pass camo is easily this one that’s supposed to be a mossy stone brick wall but on a wonky shaped tank like Concept 1B you don’t really see the brick pattern and it’s just grey with moss and it looks really good
