- The winner is the team that destroyed more enemy vehicles.
If teams have destroyed the same amount of vehicles, the winner is the team that has inflicted a total of more damage.
If the teams have destroyed the same amount of vehicles and inflicted the same amount of damage, the winner is determined randomly.

Yeah I agree Public battles would be brutal, but for tournament players that don’t use discord won’t be a bad idea. I doubt the audio quality would be good as discord tho

That, and the more you have to run through the device you play on, the more likely it is that you'll get lag or crashes. The game isn't stable as it is, I honestly wouldn't risk it
right now, you've got the option to voice on your phone and play on your ipad, for example, which for me, at least, gives a whole lot less issues

Since 6 years each time I have bad ping, I look on my side to see which device is taking the bandwidth and manage to fix it.
In the mean time, I moved house 3 times, played from various locations in holidays, had 3 different mobile operators and never experienced more than 80 ping on the long run.
But since 3 or 4 weeks I never play with less than 100-120 ms regardless I am using wifi or my both 4G providers.
When I play PUBG I instant recover 40-50 ms ping.
And I saw a lot of fellow CW players, that I really trust, coming here to report the same issue.
So with all these clues in mind, with all my respect, maybe u should stop providing us with the standard answer, and actually investigate on your side cause I promess something’s wrong and it is quite irritating to see u don’t believe your player base.

I usually don't break channel policies, but since the posts in #585463961730940929 have been ignored for quiet some time, and the topic has been discussed here, I would like to inform that our ISP have no way of influencing the latency in-between nodes 92.223.31.1 and 92.223.31.131. I attach herewith two screens, simultaneously pinging both those addresses, while to 31.131 you will be able to see abnormal ping spikes, all seems flawless to 31.1. As stated by many more besides me, the issue appeared a couple of weeks ago.

@tender shell I did not intend to blame wg on the issue, but I believe that they are the ones who have a higher degree of influence on the server Park they are contracting services from. In case wg cannot solve the issue on their own and cannot hold responsible their service provider, and needs help petitioning their server Park, all they have to do is to ask for player community support.

Unfortunately, in this case, we cannot do anything, as there are no problems on our part.
Problems can happen on the way from the player to the server. Either with his ISP or with a global ISP in the region.

I see positively that WG states that there might be actually something happening in-between. I am not enough familiar with IT networks to understand where the issue is lagging, but what is quite sure to me is that, it is more WG competences and role to manage/influence this issue in order to improve player experience and ultimately improve its business.
It may be foolish, but what about considering relocating your servers ? I mean who is at the end responsible for this poor “in-between” network performance we all(?) suffer ?
Finally how can I support the investigation ? I am not familiar with ping tracking as some fellows here but I’d be happy to learn and help
(I understand some might think it is off topic but ping criticity is quite not the same while playing random battles or twister season competing for 50k$)

@forest matrix I had similar issue with ping and when I tried to get in touch with the CS, they told me to use pingplotter while in game, so I was just randomly wandering around in training rooms with 200ping and 30 percent loss. After 30m, as they requested I shut it all down and sent them the results. It took a few days but they told me they had adjusted some stuff on the route and it has been working well since then)
As I have said multiple times, the issue is usually in between so it is indeed nobody's fault

@upbeat iris in NA, the Server is in Chicago, the whole internet ring around Chicago is a mess, and it is usually not a WG issues, but the route to for NA, I don't know where EU servers are located, but my guess is you guys are seeing fairly similar internet overload as we are - and so at times, it is just universally bad, as none of the ISP's can manage the amount of traffic they have -- with people staying in more - there is a much larger draw on the internet backbones than when folks went out in the evenings more often...

Why doesn’t wargaming just make a big event style button that sends people to the portal to watch the stream. It’s like they advertise the streams but they don’t make them stand out when it’s time so the avg player would just forget. I really think that’s a major reason why streams don’t get more views, they don’t make the link to the portal obvious enough

The avg player might barely remember there is a stream and they sure won’t remember to check the news for a button. If wargaming is interested in getting more avg players to watch streams which they appear to be they should make an event style button on the garage for the streams which might remind the avg player of it. I’m actually quite shocked that wargaming hasn’t implemented such a basic thing as this yet when they are going to all the trouble of giving free stuff for watching streams

@arctic axle that page doesn't need ten thousand words saying what the stream give you as rewards & lockboxes and such.... doesn't even need the 1 minute video that basically gives no extra content at all. all they need is to put the schedule, and the actual stream itself (with rewards counter) there and you'll be sure that people will be watching it.
and ohohoh also do push notification to everyone who has it enabled so even if they're outside the game they're notified of the stream and they can get keys

Advice for those of us watching streams: Considering the issues WG have had giving out the correct rewards and soing so on time take a screenshot of the rewards you have earne once the stream is over, make you scroll up high enough that your username is visible. In the event you do not recieve rewards/correct rewards you can always make a ticket and request this be fixed 👍🏽

If you have less players in a server the chance of getting super strong teams is lower. On top of that there isnt much high level competition in Asia so its hard to get better, makes sense they arent at the same level as the other servers but it doesnt take away from the fact they put on a good show.

@hybrid pagoda for me, it is. Whenever i try to kill, somebody else steals. Whenever i get 1 kill, it is just too hard to get another. When i had plenty boxes, i didn't have keys. Now when i had keys yesterday, i was struggling for boxes. Now when they have deducted all keys today, lockboxes are falling from sky like raindrops! The game mechanics are just too wierd

Oof don't go for KV-2. The gun is really inaccurate, though you have the fun factor. I recommend going for a good heavy like IS-4 (if you have one) or equivalent so that you have good alpha gun and you have armor to withstand shots.

IS-7? No lol. Things is if you want kills, you probably want a tank that is relatively easy to play, so a good balance of armour and gun accuracy would be the way to go in my opinion

Don't get me wrong. I like IS-7 in certain ways. However, there are better tanks out there that is easier to play, like T110E5, FV215b and even WZ-113 in my opinion. IS-7's gun is quite bad in terms of accuracy and DPM, though the HE shell can be fulfilling at times.
Armour for me is not really important but gun plays a huge part whether or not the tank is good. That's why I think T-62A is the best tank in tier 10 for random matches.

Why doesn’t wargaming just make a big event style button that sends people to the portal to watch the stream. It’s like they advertise the streams but they don’t make them stand out when it’s time so the avg player would just forget. I really think that’s a major reason why streams don’t get more views, they don’t make the link to the portal obvious enough

The avg player might barely remember there is a stream and they sure won’t remember to check the news for a button. If wargaming is interested in getting more avg players to watch streams which they appear to be they should make an event style button on the garage for the streams which might remind the avg player of it. I’m actually quite shocked that wargaming hasn’t implemented such a basic thing as this yet when they are going to all the trouble of giving free stuff for watching streams

I tried and for some reason it logged me into a different account with my email address. Well basically different games have different algorithms handing out rewards. It seems to me that Wargaming hasn't figured out a way to manually pair the stuff happening on the website to the game yet

@crisp shore do you mean algorithm for matching when somebody logs in with username and password with their account on the server??? please, it's not like they have to run some massive computational challenge to guess who you are when you get rewards.
I've been coding for a living for over 20y now and I totally get that mistakes happen, code has bugs, but this is the kind of regression that strikes me as unforgivably sloppy from a company that rakes in substantial amounts of money from ingame purchases and should be able to afford the level of testing to prevent such failures.

I believe it's not as simple as matching somebody with username and password. There is a lot of complication regarding identifying how long the person has stayed to watch the stream etc. (pairing two platforms imo is already computationally complicated to start with) To be brutally honest, Wargaming is not the best when it comes to efficient coding, so I would not be surprised if Wargaming has a very long and slow code, that is also error-prone too.

I can relate to that. Having a website log user activity and save the results in a database with a matching account tag is a different story. They have the watching time sorted by now so it's the rewards distribution system that's mixed up

well if it's of any comfort, rest assured that any bugs and glitches that ever come out of Wargaming, are completely unintentional and a result of a mistake which will be patched the next update at the latest, if not immediately. because bugs and glitches, no matter how inconsequential, are agreed to be bad and worth the trouble attempting to fix. and they will be fixed, even if it takes time to do so.
