Yes you can watch a stream from another server. Since the tournaments for EU, NA, and Asia are at different times, you can watch all three tournaments from the same NA account.

Dear War Gaming, thank you for disappointing me again, both me and almost all of Latin America, by putting a link that did not work to try to watch and enjoy the broadcasts of the EU tournament, I tried several times to enter the NA link and it never finished loading I entered an EU link happy because it let me in and it was super fast compared to the NA link, once I entered the page with the EU link I wanted to log in to NA and the same thing happened as it did not finish loading, I decided to log in in the US with the email of my NA account and I ended up wasting 3 hours watching a broadcast which after 3 hours I still did not receive the keys to my NA account, I wanted to know if there would be compensation for that lost time, Thank you very much and good night.

In my opinion it'd be better if both types were offered on those two Thursdays, that way players can choose which format they'd rather compete in.

A while back they used to offer both 7v7s at the same time. The gamemode tourneys would barely get any registered teams & regular would usually proceed as normal, if memory serves.

To me, that's a clear indicator of the playerbase preferring one type of competition over another. And if this is true, I don't think the optimal solution is to "force participation in big boss tourneys" for instance, by only offering them on two Thursdays out of the month.

It's definitely true that my members strongly prefer regular 7v7s, so if nothing else I'm going to bat for them having a more positive experience. If that upsets you then all I can say is it's unintentional.

Well I guess the three of us just have to agree to disagree regarding the definition of a complaint. I didn't ping tolyan to simply whine about something - I stated my observation of the situation, why I think it's deserving of change, and offered an alternative. That's simple feedback as far as I'm concerned, but I guess I'm glad it ruffled at least a couple of feathers several days after the fact.

Maybe you do as well, but I recall when they used to schedule regular & gamemode 7v7s on some Thursdays. My guys & I would always opt for the regular as that's our preference, and if memory doesn't deceive me the gamemode tourneys would usually get very few teams registered. If we assume I'm right about that, it doesn't really support your sentiment of "the majority enjoy and look forward to such qts". Were that the case I don't think the gamemodes would struggle to get enough teams for a proper tournament.

Tolyan or someone else who's able would have to elaborate on those facts & what the reasoning was for making two thursdays gamemode-exclusive instead of offering both. But the way I see it - gamemode 7v7's would struggle to get enough teams compared to their regular counterparts so in response they removed the option. All I'm saying is, offer both. If the playerbase really loves gamemode 7v7s as much as you claim then there'd be no issues. They'd operate like normal and me & my friends will be stuck playing each other in regular since we're apparently the only ones who prefer it lol.

Once you win a tourney, tournament layout basically gets stuck for approximately for 1h and you can not start new tournament matches.

I've always found that a fascinating mindwarp. It shouldn't be too much to ask for people to just be polite. Someone shouldn't have to 'not get offended' at someone being rude, the other person should just not be rude. That being said, he could also be talking about pushing/blocking/rigging, so he might well not be talking about insults

I find pushing/blocking and rigging to be annoying at best but going out of your way to report them over 1 or 2 battles is a plain waste of time imo. If they keep doing it then sure go ahead, i dont see why you need to let them live in your head and get you all riled up

And i dont really see why asking someone to not get offended when another person is being rude is a bad thing, chances are the offended has probably said similar things to other people as well

Reporting someone because they're blocking doesn't mean you're letting them live in your head, it just means you don't want them to do that again, and you can just as easily move on afterwards. Reports like that work cumulative (both for general rudeness and rigging) - if they do it again to someone else, then they're likely to have consequences. If no one reports them because they've only met them once, then they can just continue doing it time and again

Yeah thats why i said if they keep doing(i.e over multiple matches) then go ahead and report them. If you see it once or twice its just a waste of time when you could be spending that time not dwelling on it. I see riggers all the time in all gamemodes but i dont go out of my way to report them unless they do it for an extended period of time or passive play

I stopped playing because I didn't feel like I was enjoying it anymore. 2021 was my 5th year of WG tourneys and I already won the last 4 in a row. Even at the end of 2020 it was like LETS GO BOIS for a week, and after that week >cool story, we won again. Winning more in comp just didn't feel like it added much to personal enjoyment, and at the end of the day that's what games are for. At some point it was just time to step away, and it was similar story with the rest of RGN. We lost two callers to retirement and had to replace half the team for Fall 21. That particular writing was on the wall regardless of whether we would've won 21 or not, but at the same time comebacks are possible if everyone suddenly found the motivation to win again, albeit extremely unlikely.

That being said, the natural follow-up question is "what are you still doing here?". Fortunately the answer to that is much less complicated, i still like playing Blitz game modes (3 man toons are pog) and watching comp. I graduated uni in May and currently work in aerospace engineering. It's a 4x10 (3 day weekends) but I still don't feel like sweating away mental energy to get good in other games or go back to comp. If you guys ever end up in the corporate world you will very quickly realize that for most of working society, 1. the more you make the less work you actually have to do (i've spent a summer slaving away for minimum wage in a boba shop before. the hardest things in 3DEXPERIENCE are still done chilling in a comfy chair, two monitors, and free AC) 2. your time priorities are generally measured in "usable sweaty brain hours" and then "whats the most enjoyable/productive thing to do before proper bedtime" after the first category is expended. That's how sticking around in Blitz still makes sense for me lol
