I don't get why PC isn't allowed. PC doesn't have an advantage over mobile, I'd argue the only 'real' advantage PC has is better hardware (bigger screens, etc) which imo isn't really an advantage. Mobile gets a much better auto aim system

I haven't thought about free cam being an advantage. I guess PC can access free cam easier/faster than mobile, but I never saw it as giving me an advantage.

I think aiming on PC is slightly easier when you are shooting long distance moving targets, but everything else is the same as mobile for me but it can vary by person.

Mobile has a large advantage over PC in close range knife fights imo. It's harder to get your gun down and maintain situational awareness/good positioning whenever you are in a knife fight on PC since PC's auto aim sucks for knife fights.

I much prefer mobiles auto aim.

The sensitivity can be altered on all devices. The free cam, like I said, was never a problem for me to access on mobile. It might be a bit easier on PC, but nothing noteworthy. And mobile has more precise movement than PC, that's a fact. PC only has wasd, and then diagonals. Mobile has all of that plus additional diagonals. The bigger screen is the only one I can't think of a counter argument. But I don't think a bigger screen will make much of a difference from an iPad.

In the end, the difference from PC and mobile (assuming that there is one) really isn't big enough to let a lesser skilled player beat a more skilled one.

Its because I used to grind for the diamond camo and stop (which still put me top 50 lol), so all my battles are technically platinum battles. I only played more during the old two month season.

Now that wait times are shorter and ratings is 3 months I can spam more battles in the same amount of time daily. Back then if your top 5 you wait 30 mins and if your top 50 its 10 mins per battle.

2. Its possible only if you're really good. You need to play the last 2-3 weeks of ratings calibrate high and play at a 60%+.

Actually the math is impossible. Assuming you cali at 4.5k, you need 1.5k points in 50 games. Which is 30 points per game which you cant get after 5.5k.

Did anyone have days of unprecedently bad rng? it's the second day I experienced it. Ping at around 60. I had aimed at tiger 75 lower plate from 150 meters. All 4 rounds hit the lower plate and all 4 bounced. TVP 50. First two rounds of regular ammunition, then I switched to 2 GOLD rounds. Through out the day, such occurrences continue regularly.

There’s already a mechanism for that, you just need to reach the xp threshold (500 xp on a loss). Basically you need a medal to trigger the valiant effort.

For the most part if you’re losing and still do well you lose less points than you earn meaning you’re still net positive.

How To Gain Points in Ratings
Ratings is based on XP, not Hit Point(HP) alone or being the last player alive. Here's how to get points and what to focus on to obtain points even when your team is about to lose. Below, are types of XP listed by highest to lowest. Both screenshots are of players who scouted properly.

Scouting: The initial scouting offers the most points. Which is why it's essential that the scout tank spots the enemy right away. A camping Light tank will get nothing at the end of the match, cuz they didn't do their job.

Ramming: If Scouting is for fast light tanks, then ramming is for heavy tanks by being up close, and personal. Also, 50 Ton or more medium tanks should utilize this if they are about to lose the match for the additional XP.

Spotting/Scouting Damage Listed as Damage Assistance. If you are the only one who can see the enemy and your team is making short work of them, well you are also getting points for that damage dealt. There's a bonus to this for just watching and hiding while your TDs do the work.

Proximity: heavies must stay close to their opponents, or even a bunch of them to get XP here. This is why you see nubs camp in heavies hoping to be the last player alive. But if they did nothing to help but camp, they won't get enough proximity XP when they die in 10sec.

Killing/capping/HP Damage (Grey area). The lower end of the spectrum. Getting the kill sometimes helps, but not by much if your teammate does 400 damage and you only do 50 but get the kill. Capping, or stealing cap does offer XP, but not much unless it's stolen. Now HP damage is the smallest, but can be the breaker in a losing match when you score almost 2x more than anyone else on your team. Which is why TDs have it the hardest in Ratings unless they know how to deal the most damage.

Camping/Sniping Don't do it unless you are a TD. Heavies and Light tanks could Lose XP doing this. HA, just kidding, but you score Nothing by camping.

I'm not even 250 matches into ratings and my score is 5500. There are spammers with 3000 matches and still only at 4000 pts or less. There's also players with 1000 matches and are in the top 20 listing. My point is; it doesn't take hours of playing to be in the top 100, just play the part correctly and win points in every match.

To get the camo you need to play 50 battles in the tier you want the tank, most played tank gets the camo. To unlock the diamond camo you need to finish the szn in diamond.

It should tell you if you got the camo or not. If you played an equal amount of battles in other tanks make sure you play one more battle to get the camo on the tank you want or else you might get it on the other tank.

The batchat is flexiblish though there’s a lot of maps I think it struggles on. Having a 1k clip really helps though. Stb is the most flexible tank in ratings imo. Just gets to play hill down in every game and has the dpm to fight most tanks
