Spotting assist is half xp of dmg. You did 3k spotting or think of it as an additional 1.5k dmg. You essentially did 4k dmg worth of xp.

Also the higher in rating the less points you get. The diamond league player on your team got 9 xp and the enemy diamond got 8.

That’s not true, the higher up in rating points the less points you earn per game. The person who did top dmg is significantly higher up in platnium meaning that they will earn less points than the person in bottom platinum. I posted a 4.5k game with 1.6k base xp and only got 17 points because I’m higher up in points.

I found that kills are the most important thing when it comes to points. 2-3 kills can be the difference between a 12 point game and a 22 point game

It’s actually your first kill that gives a boost in xp. You get less xp from your 2 kill and more for 3+. Here’s my quick ratings guide.

Dmg is where most xp come from, followed by assist from spotting/tracking which is 1/2 xp of dmg. Then your first kill (more xp if enemy is higher tier). Then number of spots and capturing/recapturing supremacy base and interrupting encounter cap.

Most pro players play for dmg and kills so you can earn more points by tracking/spotting, capturing supremacy base and get 1 kill.

There is no requirement of any skill in the slightest to get it now. Not even a requirement to battle spam because quick tours will get you there very quickly, even at tier 5-6

Blitzanalysiz tracks around 200 players with the fearless so it's still an exceptionally rare tank. Slowly decreasing the rarity is a perfectly fine thing to do, but to go from a reward tank that actually took a lot of time (except in na lol) and an adequate amount of skill to get, to being a tank you can buy after playing in gold league or playing t6 tourneys is just embarrassing

If it was being sold for gold at an appropriately high price for how rare it is, that would be better than letting it be this easily available

I’m still learning to play ratings and also I don’t play that much because of the timing of when ratings is available and I have other things to take care of that are no more important.

highest damage dosent always mean you’ll gain, even with 1 kill as the other guy would of gotten more spotting and assistance damaged, thus giving him a higher base exp

Ratings is based on XP and the person most likely spotted or tracked a tank. Also since you did top dmg maybe is7 was spotting for you and farming your assist.

Also sniping dmg is half xp because you didn’t spot the target. This make tds hard to gain points in ratings unless you track enemies.

I looked into it, the is6f and Lorraine mastery is based on the actual tank. Since there’s not a lot of Lorraine it’s easier to do 1.2k xp (1.3k for is6f) and get a ton of credits from masteries.

The t49F is based on the t49 and the ace on that is like super high so it might not make a ton of credits but you will be positive.

Since you’re on NA it depends on your rating. Some people play all 8 hours everyday, I play once a week. WR, you can be 46% and still be top 5. Competition can get sweaty the higher you go, but after a certain point you’re usually top player of a bad team.

Green goes up, red goes down, grey if you didn’t play and yellow if you’re a new player in the list because didn’t track you yesterday

I see, perhaps you should take out clan Category. Spread sheets are better kept simpler the better the less clutter and the less colours make it easier to read and more appealing. Even if you shrink the clan category down to little as possible because it’s too big 5 letters are the biggest you need for that category it looks like you could fit 10 in there.

Some notes:

1. Yesterday’s stats refresh 1 hour before so the leaderboard will be weird and hour before rating starts for the respective server.

2. It currently set to refresh every 1 mins while WG actually refreshes every 5 mins so the leaderboard will flicker every 1 min.

3. It only tracks players who are close to the fearless parts for each server.

What the H the MM for rating battles when my team had 2 players played above 3k battles (13k and 6k) while red team has only 2 under 3k battles? Especially red team has 1 player with 72k battle 57% wr. All us (green and red) has wr vary from 46 to 56% for tier 7 & 8. MM just F based on winrate? Because you have to prove actual rigging is occurring vs people in the same clan in a battle.

I know you need to prove that. But it's very hard to prove if they have more than 1 braincell, because it's usually hard to prove with just 1 battle and people that know what they do usually rig at different hours and with small number of people to easier pretend that they don't do it. Sadly this screen is from last update so the replay doesn't work anymmore.

Also account sharing is even more common and in this case there is literally no way to prove that. Look at that. There is no way a single human can play this much battles within slightly over a month. It's obvious that he is account sharing, but i can't prove that it is indeed a case. This is something that only WG can deal with.

They surely know where do people log in from on certain accounts, so they can quickly eliminate account sharing by simply banning players that tend to often log in from distant locations

It’s been 43 days since ratings started 4094 battle is roughly 95 battles a day. I know that EU ratings is open longer than NA which is just 8 hours. Honestly you can just no life ratings as well.

I mean I made a live leaderboard that now tracks daily progress.

Well, theoretically 95 battles a day is doable, but remember it's ratings. They are open for like 12-16 hours here, but how long do you think queue times are at such a rating? At 6k i usually wait around 3-5 minutes depending on a time i play at, so in his case it's probably 5-10.

If we consider 3 minutes as an average time of a battle and add very optimistic 3 minutes of waiting for each battle it ends up as 9 hours and 30 minutes of non stop playing every day. Sorry, but i don't really buy that.

Also he was playing way less recently. He already had 3,4k battles by the end of june. Which would mean that previously he had to play over 110 battles per day

I don't find much value in those statistics then. Getting into Top 2k is pretty easy so having even half of your clan there doesn't look that suspicious. I think it would be much more interesting to see those stats for Top 400 and Top 100

Like SOUCE, TQT and HARI2 combined make up nearly half of the top 30. I wouldn't be surprised if the results of Top 400 for those clans weren't that much different from the 2k ones

The problem is this is the first time we are hearing about it. There was a clan on NA rigging THIS season and the whole NA community roasted them. The problem is nobody from EU has backed up your claim for cheating.

Having multiple clan mates in your team/enemy is not rigging and your screen shot provides nothing. If they engaging in weird behaviors and slimy tactic then there’s reasonable doubt.

For an example we had problems with twins in ratings they sat next to each other and told each other positions on opposite teams and camped together when on the same team. I’ve caught them go alone to the opposite side of the map and farm hp off each other and gave the losing team the kill so they gained points. All recorded. That’s cheating.

Just a suggestion to make rating better the bonus for highest exp for the losing team must be removed completely.

Like @winter pendant said above I'm within the top 200 and constantly facing those dirty players who just use mobilizing tanks to camp to get the bonus and ignore team completely. This is for me a really unsporting move and against the value of the game which is a team fight game. Please if any mods or admins who are in charge of player feedback, remove this bonus and have some more strict penalties for people who abuse it in ratings.

There is very low amount of people even writing anything on this channel, so i'm not suprised nobody backed it up. I'm pretty sure that having 5 people from the same clan in the same game is pretty unlikely to happen by accident.

What i've sent is all that a single person can do. You could roast that clan, because there were many people that noticed their behaviour. On EU there are much more players, therefore it's much harder to meet people doing such a thing even if more people do that.

I asked some other highly rated players i know to send me screens if they encounter those players again, but it's still only few players and as these riggers already have extremely high ratings, they don't have much incentive to rig again and risk getting banned

This happened to us yesterday. NA ratings is a lot smaller. And since we are all highly rated the odds of 3 of us in a game together is high but the chances of mm putting 3 of us all on the same team was really low.

My suggestion was to increase xp earned from spots spotting/tracking assistance when your team loses.

We have those players here on NA and I learned to farm assistance off of them. It’s annoying but I’ve successfully made them hate me.

I have something more simple just make it like normal battles where you have to play property and try your best to win. Losing team gets no rewards and that's it. This rating bonus just invented a dirty play style and just image if more and more people do it. No points playing when all 14 people in the match just sit there waiting for miracles

I’ve played ratings before points on a loss was thing. It’s the same exact play style except now you would lose a few points instead of gaining. You could do the same camping tactic and still be rewarded if points on a loss was removed. Back then it was about losing less points then you gained meaning that you still had to max your xp on loss.

T9/T10 is filled with sweats. I like to play clippers (just just need to be good at trading hp), tanks with high alpha AND mobility, or tanks with high dpm.

I normally like to play my camo tanks first then grind points with clippers.

I prefer playing light/meds because I like to play for spots and assist. All the top player usually farm dmg and I farm xp off of them. That’s why when alone is on my team I generally win points.

I actually don’t have the diamond camo on the tvp lol.

Yeah i know, but on EU there are roughly 300 players with ratings above 6000. On NA it is what? Like 10 maybe? Probably not even 10. And it's not a rare thing to be matched with people from 5000s and even 4000s as well. Chances of such a thing happening here are much, much smaller than on NA.

I myself am sure that they are rigging, because i know one player that was on VC with them when they were doing it. But it's not something i can prove their actions to anyone with.

Sadly most of them don't play any more ratings for now or just few battles per day, because they are already settled on high places and just need to keep them until the end of the season, so i'll probably need to wait till september in order to get more replays. I'll go at your auto updating leaderboard from time to time though to check if they aren't currently playing and maybe try to get into battle with them

Well you need a right balance of support/spot and dipping on your teams when you know there about to fall. You dont want to play like alone though, he mostly camps and loses. If you cant win a battle then you try to farm off team mates basically you need a right mix of being selfish and supporting the team

Afterall I see every battle as a 1vs13 your competing against everyone for the main prize, I have also seen 752 spammed and that thing is really good in ratings with its troll armor

That’s because mm between 4.8 and 5.2 is the most difficult rating. You either get bottom ratting with all the top players or your are the top of a very bad platinum team.

Tanks you can use depends on your play style. If you are having constant bad teams play something with strong bouncy armor.

Depends on what tier you are playing at. I've been grinding with the STB-1 to great success have a 63% wr playing it in rating. The borrasque and the e2 shark are some really good 8s. I personally avoid tier 9 would rather play 8 or 10

depends what tank you're playing. Pick a tank with good capability to farm damage; yes, the teams are bad ( i dropped like 226 points at one point). I usually set a goal for the day, like going up 50 and then stopping. If you need to, try to camp or run away to get as much damage / xp to get more points, even in a loss

you can still gain points even if you lose. also dont play rating in long sessions. the game has a habit of punishing you for playing too long in rating, also try to pick auto loaders like Emil 1 and t57 heavy or m6 yoh and you'll get 100 points or more each day easily. do all of these and you'll easily reach diamond in 100 to 200 battles

There’s no mm punishment for playing too long. It’s more of you getting burnt out by the genius players of blitz.

When I was grinding the Lorraine I used to play all 8 hours of ratings with lots of wild swing in gains and losses. I started implementing a rule on losses that I would quit for the day if I lost points 3 times in a row and try again the next day and that allowed me to consistently gain.

My new rule is if I lose points twice in a row I quit ratings and try again tomorrow. If you have a good session, continue grinding.

I started out in gold and only got to 4700 in my first rating season. The next one was 5050 and stopped playing and then I did 6200 (I was around top 50) after a year break of the whole game. If you never try, you will never succeed

Man Win rate is not all that matters I almost only play rating and fun modes that's why my win rate is 64% in Rating and only 54 in normal

But the higher you go the less points people gain I could be anywhere from 5.5k to 5.8k. I would assume 5.8k is a safe place to stop but to secure it I’m doing 6k and quit.

And now since it’s above 5.2. All these people escaped the 4.8k-5.2k mm so everyone here is a pretty solid player.

As long as reach 5k. Also they mention season 2 which starts October so you will get that in January and the back ground is temporary.

Side note I feel like the if you get 100% fearless part you should get a permanent fearless background and fearless avatar.

Guys... Do you also encounter high amount of loses in semi-high elo? I am around 5500 elo and today I have battles 11:24... Which is insane 33% wr... I am maintaining my elo, currently on 5480, but it is so frustrating with all those loses.... (Playing T77, Shark, action X, Type 57, bourasque, centurion mk 5/1) I play mostly tier 8 which fits me the best

Yeah but it updates slower EU is 10 mins and NA and Asia is 5mins (it won’t sync when WG updates). If everything works well tonight I’ll drop EU to 5 mins as well.

You only get 40 parts for reaching diamond meaning you need to reach it 3 times for a 3 month event. However if top 250 is below diamond you get 60 parts from that.

Fearless tanks are usually out for 2 years. (Is6 2 years, Lorraine 1.5 years). WG announce another 3 month event Oct-Nov-Dec. I wouldn’t be surprised if the next 3 months event after that was a new tank, because reaching diamond 3 times is not a challenge.

It’s sometimes better to quit and not lose points and gain tomorrow than play until you lose 73 points. I normal quit on 2-3 lose in points in a row because teams are bad and I can’t get points on loss.

It only calculates if you actually win or lose a game. I get the total rating battles and total wins from WG and I take a history from yesterday and subtract them from current session. The picture shows what WG gives me, basically career results.

There’s only 3 reasons you lose points.

1. You’re not playing well, not making good decisions
2. The teams are awful, mm is unbalanced

The best player on the defeated team can get rating points in an amount equal to 70% of the rating points given for victory. How is that possible? It's up to you and what you do in battle! The more active you are, the higher your chances of scoring points. Deal damage, spot foes, send enemies to their Garage, capture bases, and earn as much XP as possible in battles.

You are jumping from one false argument to another. You asked how is it possible that you gained points (perhaps despite not being the top damage scorer). I told you it’s because you gained the most XP in that very specific match. I would recommend reading the news article sent by another user if there’s something still not clear.
