If you want to join a clan, you have to work on improving to the point where you can contribute something to a clan by joining it, some clans also require a minimum amount of battles like 5k, 10k, 20k or even more to be able to join, i suggest you grind for a month or so, and watch youtube videos about this game to learn to play it better, then you will have a chance of joining a clan
