Hello Players, I am the Clan Lead of [GOSU] Gang of Super Unicums! in EU Server. I am basically from Asian Server, and I have very good knowledge about tactics and strategies in tournaments as I was Official WG tournament streamer and press account holder in Asian Server.
GOSU wants to recruit some tournament players, and in Winter Off Season we have plans to achieve #1 rank on tier 6. Actually, we will not just stuck to one tier, our aim is to move forward to higher tiers as well so after achieving #1 rank on tier 6 we will directly move towards Tier X. I have plans to join Clan Wars as well, but right now we need few active players who can share the fame in tournaments.
Requirement:
-We are a English clan, with no English Player, so the member should be able to understand English and can join voice chat on Discord as well. He/she is not required to talk, only tournament Captain will talk if he/she is too shy to talk. Besides every member is equal and can contribute to tactics as we are very social players.
-We don't look stats that much, we just need players who are team players and can play tournaments.

the downfall of this server? o.o I doubt clan recruitment will have much effect on the server as a whole, as most of the 23k people are already happily settled in clans. I don't see how this can be upsetting, when you're just told not to spam your recruitment, basically, which is normal and logical. @strong gale the problem is that we have to moderate - which means we have to verify that what you've posted doesn't break any rules. Taking your word for it is not enough, because anyone can say they didn't say anything bad - we'd still have to verify it. If someone does this in text, that's not too hard, but then there's still the fact that most of the people here will still be unable to understand what you said. But most recruit via "posters" and that means we can't copy/paste what's said through Google translate even.
If you want to recruit in a different language, say, in English, what language your clan is in and ask them to pm you for further details.
Aside from that, this is the English server (the hint is in the name). Wg might at some point add language specific channels, but finding people wg feels they can trust to moderate those might be an issue, as they would have no way to verify if what's been said and how it's being handled would or wouldn't be appropriate without actually having staff that speaks the language. So that's not as easy as you make it sound.

A solution could be only CLs or deputies or whoever can post in here, it's just a discussion and i think it could be effective for spam at beginning. Then, always personally, if you have to clean always here it's a mess even for you, because you have to do a lot of work for nothing.. Half an hour later, mess quite equal than u started..
