A F2P i c. here's some suggestions you do.

Use the Caliberated Shells until u get the top gun. Switch to Gun rammer once you get the top gun.
Hellcat has one of the highest DPMs among tier 6 TDs with top gun and 100% crew.

Replace the Protective Kit with Improved Fuel. I Consider Protective Kit to be generally useless unless i am in a tank that has weak internal modules, that would be 60TP for example with it's weak ammorack.

For Equipment, Persoanlly i run Enhanced Gun Laying Drive instead of Supercharger. I Rather have that aim time over shell velocity because if i can't aim the shell velocity is useless.

Remember, you are a TD not medium or light. You have the best concealment than those two but they have the better Viewrange.
