well that's one problem, when you wanna move your gun to a target somewhere else, you're rotating the turret
with is-7 since traverse is decent, you wouldn't need to rotate the hull to compensate

unlike is-4 which bcz of bleep-ed traverse, you'll normally rotate hull as well as turret

so yeah, is-7 wont have to aim for hull rotation dispersion if you think about it, which makes is-7 gun handling better normally

i mean IS-7 doesn't have an all too great traverse really. but it is a close quarters tank so it doesn't really hurt it a lot.

@mortal saffron Green/Black Phosphor CRT? 1960-1980s they were monochrome and were used for business and other WORK tasks. Computers werent about gaming once. they were computers. they compute, aka calculate. they are machines designed to do math, gaming is just a thing that evolved from playing with cosinus and sinuswaves on oscillographs.
there were 3 types of CRTs, Green Phosphor-P1, Amber Phosphor-P3 and White Phosphor-P4
Green was very prominent as it has great contrast and was easy to produce. Amber CRTs were said to be less strainous on the eyes tho there is little scientific data to back that up and White CRTs werent uncommon, tho as specifically built Computer screens made little sense as that was basically just a regular monochrome TV screen. So if you wanted a white black CRT u just used your TV which was a very common practice plus at that point most TVs were color already(last image)

Tiger P is eh. It did use to be really good, but the poor mobility lets it down, and in today’s tier VII, high DPM tanks are nothing special. It’s not bad tho.

VK 45A, while helped by the armor buff, still has the issues that made it not great in the first place. The turret is easily penned, preventing it from playing hulldown, and the height coupled with -6 gun depression make it awkward to play. It’s still fundamentally flawed in that it can’t brawl with heavies, but is also much to slow and lacks the DPM to play a support role well. And it takes up a heavy slot on your team

VK 45.02B is hot garbage. Slow, rear mounted turret, and the armor isn’t even that good either.

VK 72 is also hot garbage. The rear mounted turret and tall stature make the tank incredibly awkward to position. The complete lack of mobility makes it inflexible as well. Garbage DPM further limits ability to have an impact on the battlefield. It’s not a Maus that can just push through the open, and it doesn’t have the firepower of the E-100. Its easily one of the worst tier X heavies

The only good tanks in the 72 line are the VK 45B and itself. The Tiger P is slow and has a ton of weak spots that an infant can hit. The VK45 A is quite possibly the most sad tank in the game. It has bad armor, an okay gun, and no mobility to make up for it.
