Since likely your issue happened to more people than just you they probably have a large backlog on tickets on the issue, so responding to your issue might take longer. World of tanks blitz is a awesome and fun game . But has a major flaw , it's about the winrate system it makes no sense and only makes a few players happy about it.
I've been a clan leader for manys years now and I've seen a lot of players come and go .
This year is one of the worst years of them all players are walking away from the game .
The game is starting to look like a video poker machine and it has a greedy feeling to it .
I think blitz should back down and return to basics and remove it's winrate system that's killing the game and making players walking away.
The number of battles should be good enough with the number of medals players has won.
How many players have walked aways because of the winrate system this very serious problem .
How many times I have heard rage quit players say ( I'm quitting because my win rate is going down I'm doing the most of the damage in the team but we still losing ,I give up ) and never to return to blitz .
The personal winrate is not personal because there are six other players that you have no control over them. that's why it makes no sense .
BLITZ you can find this message funny but it is the reality and stop adding broken tanks to game. Please find a balance thank you !
I don't mind paying a few dollars to buy stuff in game but some of your tanks are more expensive than the top games out there on the market.
You would like to make more money cut down on your prices you will end up selling more and making more players happy.

The personal wr is definitely personal, you get 6 random people who's performance evens out over any meaningful sample of games and the sole repeated factor is the individual. That's why the top players all have high wr. It's more of a personal thing to focus on wr although it's quite heavily embedded into the community which has upsides and downsides really

wotb is a team game, so you're right to say games are pretty dependent on your teammates. However, you can't possibly say with a straight face that for some odd reason, every person you know somehow only gets bad players on their team for the majority of their games, while the enemy team is just flat-out better. Just going by theory, every player will approximately have the same "level (?)" of teams over a large number of battles.
However, to say that your WR is completely dependent on your teammates is just false. What about those with good stats? You're telling me they were just "lucky to get good teams" and aren't actually good at the game?
If your clanmates or friends or whatnot are getting so pissed at losing and dropping WR that they quit, good on them for quitting a game that isn't fun for them anymore. The thing is, your small circle of friends is far from representative of the entire population, and the game is very much alive for one that's 7 years old....

bad username I'm sorry to say it but winrate is more based on luck then skill .I feel Blitz starting to be too greedy , players are leaving and probably not coming back . Good players are walking away to other games that are way less expensive like the new release of Battlefield 2042 that you only pay once. the wait is starting to get longer and longer between each game . a lot of times your go back with the same player in the next game. These thing happens when they're starting to have less players. I think blitz should go back with the original recipe. it's also kind of painful when you pay for a premium tank and it gets nerfed. These things shouldn't happen.

by the way a personal win rate is based on 1 vs 1 . when you have 7 vs 7 it's a team winrate

Battlefield 2042 is an entirely different game so that’s an oddly specific choice to use especially wanna know which players left to play that one esp since I heard it was pretty over hyped blitz is no where near dying and btw you meet the same players if you of course play in the same server or time the battle button press and get synced with them.. there is no original recipe and only eras the original 2014 era was bland and empty and in some cases even unfun with team killers and premiums have every right to be nerfed there original sole purpose was to be inferior to tech tree counter parts it was a quick way to reach the tier but you weren’t as effective

Because it is still 7v7 ... and with one player down or out, the team can still win 70% of the time ( historically ) and at the same time the very best players seem to reach 70% or so, as they typically cannot overcome those battles where it becomes 1 v. 4 5 6 7. This has been shown in the long term statistics from early on, and still bears through.
Only exception to that has been new player matchmaking, on some servers, and so people who now enter the game, may face harmless bots for a while and just have a super high winrate ... and then when they play ratings, it further inflates their stats.

The expense consumables etc. is not the same on lower tier they are very low. On higher tiers the expense are very much higher. This system works well on low tiers only. On higher-end tiers profits are not sufficient to cover the expense therefore making consumables etc. unusable to make a profit. Blitz will have to recalculate profits on higher-end tiers.

Ping is due to distance between you and the server primarily; and at any point where it gets busy or overloaded along the way ... you get ping spikes and packet loss.

Having an SA server might help with that but would also make two small SA & NA servers ... and long wait times.

if they only used tanks that were produced in large numbers during WWII there would only be at max like 2 dozen tanks in the entire game

There were plans to use that 183mm gun, and Fv183 design was scrapped away as soon as it was shown to be pretty bad, unlike tanks like T14, which had actual prototypes and tests, but failed miserably
