But only play aggressive when u go with ur team.
Don't use the 122mm ( big gun) bcs unlike the IS, the IS2's 122 is inaccurate as f. So u are actually better of using the 100mm. But don't expect to bounce a lot. Angle ur hull if u can since it has box like shape.
When sidescaping, make sure u take the right angle if not u will be punished severely.
This is the IS (top) and IS2 (bottom) when facing frontally. Both are trying to pen each other.

@pliant dust when u play a tank shooter you expect some sound athmosphere - background ambient sounds, effect sounds such as gunsounds or hit sounds and also crewsounds - if these are now totally poop and dull and muffled and it all sounds totally crappy as if ure playing some bad 2006 game in 2021, then the experience of the whole game is gone. just gone. there is no fun if u blow up an enemy if all u hear is "kapshhh" instead of major explosions, there is no fun if u hear "mbpflbllfllmm" instead of an angry chinese tank commander shouting "下一个镜头会杀死他们!" in your ear after you snapped the cupola of your enemy... If I have to mute the sounds while playing a game, I can also just close the game completely since it wont be any fun anyways

The BT-7 and A-20 are light tanks, so use cover to shoot. Go out, shoot, get back to cover, repeat.
The KV and IS heavy tanks have a different playstyle. for these, you need to do a complicated procedure called sidescraping-look up video guides for it.

The way it works is your crew gets a 10% bonus to their crew mastery level from the commander. If your crew is 100%, then with an alive commander, your other crew members are functionally 110% mastery level, (and if your crew is, say at 110% from provisions, then your crew will effectively be at 121%)
However, if your commander dies, then your crew will lose that 10% bonus that he gives

The AT 7 also has the 10-shell autoloader (the AT 2’s top gun) which is best used as a trolling gag more than anything because it can’t penetrate most tier 8 armor
The AT 15’s top gun can out-DPM most enemies with a 3-4 second reload and penetrate the lower plates easily if you can grapple an enemy heavy and get each other to facehug
The Tortoise has effective armor and an alpha of about 400 if you can confidently bounce between shots
With the 183, you should either go second-line or camp hard. Try to take the lead and your low speed and maneuvering abilities will get you tunneled and nuked in seconds. Remember that you are a tank destroyer and not the FV215B heavy tank. Second-line support gets you in close to make more accurate shots (which can land powerful HE and HESH shells if you can find the weak points), but also exposes you to direct enemy fire. Camping from afar is a clear hit/miss with added stealth, but plenty of time to aim followed by a direct hit followed by a clean retreat back into your hiding spot can make you an effective sniper. The problem with that, tho, is that once the 💡appears, you’re basically screwed unless you back away immediately.

ehh Defender tanks are atleast more interesting then the Battlepass tanks because they're atleast unique, they're not super comp, and are just simply more fun to look at (and to play), furthermore, even if they're not remotely related, any tank is usable as a reskin as we saw with the ice breaker and @exotic lintel stop advertising please no one cares

Again no that’s not how it works 252U is different despite being the same concept cent 5/1 has only been sold once and is still a better tank then the tech tree centurion. The defenders only draw away players from the original ones that’s literally how a premium version of one works and despite the 6 second reload the 3 shots is still more useful than a normal is3

Either way you don't need to go all the way into enemy spawn but you should still go for a crossfire. Even if the tank destroyers are looking at you those tank destroyers are out of the fight against your team
