How to introduce Roll Physics (I'm not covering the technical issues only the player ones)
Firstly
Once they open the game during this update they should receive a short text telling the player of the new physics and encouraging them to test this out in the training room section of the game.
Furthermore in the text discourage purposely flipping themselves in a public match.

The players upon finding someone purposely flipping themselves or others could file a report or use the "Unsupported conduct" vote
While many players see this as pointless WG will catch on if a few too many are received to a single player at a time.
I also believe there is an automatic battle ban if you get too many.

But I'm not a dev so :l
I think if they encourage players to try it in training rooms and warn them not to do this to other players everything could theoretically smooth itself out relatively quickly
Say 2 weeks at most
Which would suck but for a feature so many people want it would probably be worth it

reviewing gameplay (which you can also do by yourself) is an easy way to improve, if only just to get out of the mindset of blaming your team. once you realize that you made mistakes too, then it is much easier to improve.

When you objectively look at it, Stalin did some pretty crappy things that can be compared to or might surpass Hitler, but because of public perception, Stalin is more accepted in terms of using his name, invoking Stalin to bless your KV-2 shell with good RNG, and general references to the USSR etc, whereas anything remotely connected to Hitler, whether it be critical or supportive (god forbid the latter) is vehemently opposed and quickly shut down.
