@wind relic The reason why the kpoofpanzer does 640 HE damage is because it's a not actually a 152 mm shell. I don't know the details but it's something like a squeeze bore or all of it shells are sabot. Sorry for @ing you so late after the fact. I don't know why they didn't just give it the 152s damage when it has it's reload though..

@sleek glen for the record, that was 4 people of which 1 mod. But since you want to oversetimate things and miss my point... I said its unpleasant to have to counter 3 tds that can sit very tightly. Tier x would be fine and i wouldnt have any problme if there was a 2td cap. Many people agree with that cap improving dymic gameplay.
Tell me, how do you counter 3 TDs on mines or dead rail in a medium? I asked calisota and a bunch of others about that and they all said capping seems to be the option. How many games have you seen where capping is something teams want to do?
It seems like the only thing you think im doing is either sitting behind cover waiting or rushing and dying. Relocating isnt an option if you the thing you need to counter is 3tds and you cant get close enough to spot.

I don't like repeatedly @ing people @warped fern, most don't like the constant pings. And honestly they're right. Cap. On mines a good majority go for the hill. So push and blank with your heavies, or if they don't push heavy line then go cap. It'll force the reds off the hill to come deal with you. There's areas in the cap where you are safe from TDs standard camping site, and well out of their spotting range. In most cases capping is the right answer, which is you know to flank. The reds pulling off the hill to deal with you with or without your heavies if they pushed with you or not will allow you team to get easy shots into them. Especially if you don't have a equal number of TDs on your team, and you have a extra tank. This normally ends with you winning the hill and with the TDs getting spotted as your team pushes forward. At which case you are in a fast medium that can run from the cap literally can get around the entire map fairly quickly and come up from the left side and keep the TDs lit up from your team and safe from the reds that are most likely trying to chase the person that was on the cap.
@hardy pagoda It's alright, it's armor isn't as good at tier 5 and its turret is meh. You can angle it a bit and bounce equal to lower tiers sometimes with the turret. SOMETIMES though. Very quick firing gun... But if you don't have any premiums... I'd wait till you can get a tier 7-8 premium or wait till the angry conner is sold again

I agree with the capping being the right move but you need so much control to pull it off. If you dont have the hill or heavies decide to not help, it falls apart. And once again, the enemy tds are the last standing palyers because their position was uncontested.

Yeah, basically you're a medium and youre quick. Use your speed to get into postions where youre out of sight of TDs and you can bully or pull away the reds from the rest of yours. You have the ability to scammper off and retreat if more pull back. But the more you pull back the harder your team can push and the more free shots they get, and as they turn around to face your team well free shots for you all from realitive safety

Safely takes time but more importantly there arent positions on eg. dead rail to counter many tds sitting in the sniper nest on the med flank. @sleek glen
These rear positions should be more vulnerable to fire from the enemys TDs. Its really blocking a big area by letting 3TDs sit in a place like that.

Dead rails is a strange map. I agree that on it TDs are powerful. But that's due to a need of map revamp. Really on that map its either cap with the safety of the rail cars for cover, or wolf pack into the TDs or get to a position where you can spot them from relitive safety. Which one that Map is harder so.. Dead rails is a bit of an exception. It needs a revamp. So does some others.
But if you know theyre there... Blind fire lol you'll hit them most likely its free damage and might freak then out and make them move out of the position which makes it easier for you

Even a tank line like the czech would make dealing with situations like this a lot easier since it would have the firepower to make the the effort of the spotter count for somehting else than the tds staying visible for a while but no-one having shots on them from the other side of the map
TDs are such a popular class that theres usually more of them than meds. Situations like this dont happen every game but when they do, its hard for a whole team to have to adapt to it.

its clear by looking at stats the 183 is one of the most played tanks at tier ten.
We can also see the 183 has very high avg dmg but low winrate. This is likely due to its avg spotting rate of like 0.6. If we had specific heat maps for games without and without 183s it would be interesting

@viscid scaffold aure but u cant beam airfleets through the worm hole, i specialized in ravagers and buzzer infantry which I teleport across the map with the tiberium scan on the tiberium fields to kill some generators to mute some turrets and then send the cavalry after. Im playing Kanes Wrath and often as Traveler or Black Hand. ZOCOM is pretty neat too, but not that good in defense so if I need to rush I go with ZOCOM
if I go for land units I usually take too much time creating a huge army and have problems with eco

@tired anchor you should definitely train Tripods though. Just one teleporting in a clusrer of powerplants with their EMP beams is one way to cripple a base. Never once go hit by a Superweapon even in Insane difficilty when I use tripods. 3 tripods stepping out of wormholes is fun. Travellers still have Wormholes right?
.I find Vanilla GDI to be the best. ZOCOM doesnt have that much umf with their lack of rail guns.
Black hands on the other hand are fun. Using those pillbox tanks... forgot what those are called and putting 2 flamethrowers and two rockets make them almost unbeatable if they are near a Warfactory. Those upgrades to rocketts are just too good. One confessor in a squad is just pure bliss for a turtle player

It’s funny, the Chaffee at t5 was one of my least favorite tanks in the game and when 5.5 came out and they changed it to t6 they gave me one for free as I had sold that piece. Gave it a try for the new year event and I absolutely love that tank now. Just the rite balance of everything. Make sure u use it speed to rerotate back and forth on the different battle fronts and find those sneaky shots

50 100 was Extremely op because it's also very fast and has super high ap pen, with far better dpm than is3 defender. T28 defender has a bit better gun than is3 defender but with worse hull.
