Masteries are not based on simple damage ( which can be passively farmed )
It is based on XP which relates to in game actions.
He may have spotted a tank, tracked a tank, ... gotten some cap points, etc.

With spotting and tracking you benefit from damage the team does to those tanks.

go to wargaming website, log into the account with the email you are using, once you're in, you need to go into the account management and find something called "My default accounts" and from there you can change your profile to the EU account, so whenever you sign in, it defaults to the EU account

though if you want to play on NA again, you'd need to repeat that and switch from EU to NA

In care of the developers: When it comes to Big Boss, I have repeatedly sent pics to support telling them of the times that I have ran out of ammunition as BB or as a medic. Especially in tanks like the SU-152, ISU-152, etc.... If you've never received such information from support, you can congratulate them on doing their usual fine job. Because I have reported this to them "at least" 4-5 times in the pass 2 years. All I'm asking is, please add more ammunition to these tanks when playing BB.

@raw halo (and @vocal hare in a way), I would like to point out that this graph has in fact, never been shown or even hinted at by Dunning and Kruger's report. In fact, it kind of misses the point of their study.
The initial tests and the purely experimental part of their work never treated the "confidence" of people per se. It treated the overestimation, which could translate into the difference between the real competence of someone in a domain to their self perception. It is not an emotion or pride, it is simply a miscalculation. During their studies, pretty much every person rated themselves to be between the top 20% to 30% so quite a bit over average but more importantly at the same level to each other almost independently to their real level.

In the end, what can be truly taken from the Dunning-Kruger report isn't much that "oh stupid people are overconfident". It is a lesson that meta-cognition is extremely difficult, because lacking the expertise also means lacking the tools to recognise what's expertise and what's not.

Guys, may I ask a question about a tablet to play WoT Blitz (not only for that, but now about Blitz)? I currently have Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e (4/64) and it is already struggling with the game (and in general). And I want to upgrade in 3-4 months or smth like that.
Would be Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Lite (6/128, Exynos 1380) enough for the next 3-4 years playing Blitz without problems? Or will it get laggy fast?
Or must I consider only Ipad A16 (2025) if I want good and stable performance for years?
Maybe someone uses one of these tablets, especially S10 lite?
(I would choose Ipad, but for its price I could buy S10 Lite with 5g support for example)
And I only consider Samsung or Apple tablets, I guess.
